Beautiful hotel. In the heart of Interlaken. Close to the train station + short driving distance to the Falls. Looked like a great spa but we couldn’t use it because of Covid. - you need a Swiss Covid QR to enter Spas + restaurants. Otherwise a beautiful experience.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Hotel was beautiful and very well maintained. It was in a prime location with direct access to the train station and a short walk to nearby restaurants and activities.

Everything is great. Rooms are spacious, staff is very friendly. The only thing they can improve is have a slightly bigger size of blankets / comforters. Overall very satisfied with our stay in the property.

The view from the room was spectacular, overlooking the lake and the bridge people walk across. The best thing was the staff; they were very nice and helpful. There are no other words to say but that it was the best stay I've had.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent and we had a lovely stay. Right by all the local transport and food options. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

We had a wonderful time in Interlaken The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had 2 large rooms. Both were decorated differently. One room felt like we were in the 1960s with its simple décor and colors. I really don't care about that kind of stuff anyway, just clean and comfortable which we're both met. I really lovely, relaxing weekend. We ordered room service as the restaurant was fully booked, but what a great choice as we enjoyed an amazing view from our balcony. The room was wonderful, very clean and in pristine condition with a good mix of Victorian and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We were greeted by the Hotel manager Beat at the front desk, very friendly and helpful about our activities. He gave us tips and recommendations. The room was very clean, organized and the bed was very comfortable. Our room location had a nice view, you can see paragliders. Everything is close by, restaurants and shops. The hotel was very nice, the location was great and we felt very safe to go out walking. At the hotel we were given bus tickets so we were able to go see another small town close by, the bus stop was just down the block. The restaurant downstairs was really good. The noise was a little bad, we could hear everything in the room nextdoor.
