الشقه ممتازه لكنها مخيفه في الليل لوجودها في اخر الشارع ومن دون فيو ولا توجد اناره عند مدخل الشقه حيث ان المدخل للشقق في الخلف ويعيبها الازعاج من اول ما تطلع الشمس لقربها من مستودع حديد.ايضا فرض رسوم التنظيف لقرابة 400 فرانك اعتبرها عاليه بالاضافه للرسوم الاخرى لكل نزيل.ايضا اخذ تأمين 500 فرانك للشقه
