Nothing to dislike. This was my 2nd home until it was shut down. Reopened in May so of course after bouncing around other hotels in the area I'm back where I belong. Welcomed by Nelson and Sam when I walked in. New at reception was warmly welcomed by Gezennia. Went to the new bar area to see Javier. Nice renovated room on the 25th floor. Hotel renovations are great. As a Broadway fan close to All Broadway theatres and TKTS for discounted tickets. Plenty of restaurants for meals in all price points. If you enjoy quiet and a friendly staff in a newly renovated hotel check out ROW NYC you won't be disappointed.

Great space. Great location. The pub next door called the perfect pint was fabulous. The only downfall was the loudness from times square could possibly keep you up at night. But a good glass or two of Guinness at the pub helped to put us right to sleep

Carpet stains in my room. Bed makes too much noise and is bent. Couldn't even turn without it making a bunch of noise. My bed more noise then Timesquare.

Clean property, friendly staff. We loved that the room was carpet free so there was no dust. The bedding was very comfortable. Breakfast was ok.

Nice room good for two people
