The Lithia hotel is beautiful and very conveniently located to the waterfront and restaurants. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious and made to order. We were able to easily walk to the mosque and catch the ferry boat to the island from the hotel. The hotel owner was very helpful and friendly and gave some great suggestions for things to do in the area. We will definitely be back to the Lithia hotel when in Ioaninna!

This is our second visit here and I it was just as good. Beautiful boutique hotel, ideally located in the centre of Ioannia. It’s spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Elena the owner, is perfectly charming and nothing is too much trouble . Will definitely return a 3rd time.

Beautiful hotel property & hospitable owners Tasos & Elena. Located within short walking distance for restaurants, great ice cream/Greek sweet shops and majestic Lake Pamvotis. A very relaxing stay after 18 years of last being here in my birthplace of Ioannina. Very accommodating staff (Georgia, Magda, Alexandra) Clean rooms, wonderful made to order breakfast every morning in the outdoor patio. Would definitely recommend to friends to stay here when visiting this Epirus boutique hotel treasure

Lovely lodging in a great location

In excellent location, but tucked away from the noise. Very friendly reception and accommodating to my early arrival. Beautiful property. I got the top (3rd?)floor and there's no lift, but the staff will help you. My only negative is I thought I requested my room not to be disturbed but returned with evidence of housekeeping. The safe did not work.

We loved the property. The entire property and our room was absolutely beautiful and unique. The beds were very comfortable and the decor was modern and sleek. The bathroom shower was amazing. Check in was very easy and we had parking close to the hotel. We walked to so many restaurants and the water. It is a beautiful area with so much to do and history to explore. I would definitely come back.

Staff was super welcoming. They also sent a guide before we arrived about where to park as street parking is difficult. They held our bags on check out day so we could grab breakfast. I will definitely be staying there again.

I was extremely pleased at how beautiful, well-kept, and luxurious this hotel is! The property owners are very nice and accommodating, and everything is very new and clean. It’s at an excellent location, with absolutely everything within easy walking distance. Elena even fit me in for breakfast the first morning I was there, despite the fact that I didn’t arrange for it the night before, and she helped me carry my luggage downstairs from the third floor when I checked out which I really appreciated! Overall an absolutely stellar stay at a beautiful hotel in a beautiful area. Next time I’m in Ioannina I’m coming back, no question!

Das Hotelzimmer war einfach ein Traum – sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und rundum zum Wohlfühlen. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls hervorragend: absolut zentral, sodass man alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen!

La struttura è veramente meravigliosa, arredata con gusto raffinato. La posizione è eccezionale, in pieno centro, ad un passo dal kastro. Abbiamo soggiornato nella suite, una mansarda fantastica, spaziosa con materasso eccezionale, aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante (un pizzico rumorosa), con tanto spazio a disposizione per sistemare le proprie cose. Tv 50 pollici con diffusione dell’audio anche in bagno (attivabile a piacere), il tutto nello stile di questo hotel arredato da un architetto che meriterebbe l’oscar per la sua raffinatezza. Bagno con doccia walk in. La colazione è fantastica, non è a buffet ma tutto viene cucinato espresso e in base ai nostri gusti (ad esempio la crepes la puoi chiedere come vuoi). La proprietaria è così simpatica e gentile che ti viene voglia di invitarla ad una cena di famiglia. Il parcheggio è a pagamento a pochi metri dalla struttura. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccellente. Lo consiglio vivamente. Viene voglia di tornare a Ioannina solo per soggiornare ancora in questo hotel. Complimenti
