Not worth it
No breakfast is provided because bread & eggs were out of stock. No housekeeping if you stay more than 2 nights. No guards patrol at the entrance of homestay.
For the room rate it charged, you can have better hotel accommodation in city with buffet breakfast, indoor car park & good housekeeping service. Will not return to this homestay again.

Value for Money
We stayed for 2 nights. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was hot and strong. Breakfast was simple with coffee, eggs and toast but adequate. Staff there was accommodating when we said we wanted to depart early and wanted breakfast at 7am. No food places within walking distance.

Great stay for couple.
Spacious room with good facilities, suitable for couple.
The location is a bit further from attractions but easy access to main road if you're driving.
Breakfast was average. Overall satisfying.

Nice deco,bad cleanliness
So dissapointed when i go into my room,aircond open for 2hours and it doesnt feel amy cold . Complaint to the receptionist they say will help to check it , so i went out for lunch. But when i go back they doesnt leave me any note. So i call into the service line and tell them about my problem. So another staff he is friendly and help us to change the room. After changed,i thought i can have a comfort sleep with aircond, all.the room are dirty. Table ,tissue box,kettle or anything in the room are full with dust. Even the bed too, made me feel super uncomfortable whole night and im allergy to dust, made me sneeze all night and scratch all night , and im tired to feedback for them.

Nice hotel close to the town
This homestay is highly recommended if you're going to have few days trip in Ipoh, clean, comfort and beautiful. The staff will remind you of your booking personally and he waited patiently in the reception counter since I had some delay with the traffic jam. Nice breakfast given (if you ordered).
