Très bel hôtel

Très bel hôtel sur la belle place principale d'Iquique. Magnifique piscine. Très bon petit déjeuner buffet. Belle chambre spacieuse et belle salle de bain (pas de possibilité de prendre de bain malgré la baignoire) Le coffre ne fonctionne pas.

Nos gusto musica y videos en el bar-piscina, los quitasoles, reposeras y mesas son muy agradables para pasar una tarde en la piscina. La limpieza de las alfombras en las areas comunes es horrible, huelen mal y muy sucias en su aspecto. En el comedor el aire acondicionado huele mal e inclusive lo apagaban para que no saliera mal olor. Internet funciona mal, primero estuvimos en una habitacion pequeña, oscura y con muy mal olor, donde internet funcionaba mas o menos bien, luego nos cambiaron a una habitacion hacia la piscina con una terraza muy agradable pero internet no funciono para nada bien. Por ultimo mi hijo se corto el pie en la piscina con una tapa que se encontraba rota hace dias, y cuando ocurrio el accidente basicamente le entregaron a mi hijo alcohol y una venda no sellada (paquete abierto) para que se curara solo. Pesimo proceder, hubiesemos esperado que el administrador o gerente del hotel se ocupara del tema, pero nunca ocurrio. Luego de este accidente el Hotel no le aviso a nadie que el piso de la piscina tiene esta rotura que puede causar accidentes a otros pasajeros. No creo que volvamos a este hotel a pesar que en especifico hay personas que atienden bien.

Hotel en plena plaza de armas, linda arquitectura alrededor, fácil para moverse x la ciudad. Hotel antiguo pero cómodo, limpio, muy agradable. Destacable la amabilidad de todo el personal. Y rico desayuno Sólo sugeriría manutención de áreas comunes, renovar alfombras, pintura, ese tupo de cosas. Muy agradable estadía, lo recomiendo

Un acierto para el centro de Iquique

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, en pleno centro, rapido acceso en taxi a zona franca. El hotel en si necesita una mantencion en algunos aspectos, la chapa de mi pieza quedaba algo trabada. Muy buena piscina ideal para nado. Excelente desayuno, la atencion del personal en general del Hotel es sobresaliente. Debieran urgentemente renovar el sistema de aire acondicionado, ya que es muy ruidoso. Ademas, las ventanas podrian ser de termopanel o anti ruido, pues la ventana que da a calle thompson esta expuesta a ruido de calle, gente discutiendo etc.

Nice hotel in the middle of Iquique

Nice centrally located hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, cool swimming pool area with bar. Pool facing rooms can suffer from the noise, the gym is very basic.

Reservering van te voren gedaan bij hotels.com bij aankomst bleek de boeking niet bekend. Dit was 2 uur s'nachts. Hotel bleek ook vol te zitten. Receptioniste wilde ons ook niet helpen. Toen we hebben aangedrongen was er ineens wel een kamer vrij. Hotels.com geprobeerd te bellen en te mailen echter geen contact. We overwegen om via Facebook een oproep te doen. Het hotel is mooi en de schoonmaaksters zijn zeer hardwerkend en vriendelijk. Het zwembad is fijn!! En de locatie is top! Direct aan het plein. ..
