“The place was very clean no trouble with anyone.Over all very good just don't go during the summer it's very hot in Yuma.I made the mistake of going now i had no I idea it was going to be that hot.But the EC was working great no trouble great air conditioning in my room. But if you like the heat then no problem 😊. But I will come back during the winter for sure.”

“There is historic and there is just run down. This was just run down. We had stayed here a few years back and was fine but this time there was Black mold in shower. Advertised free breakfast, this was no longer offered. Hair dryer did not work. Walls were filthy and in need of paint. We were supposedly given a free upgrade when we checked in. I wonder what we would have received if we had not of gotten an upgrade? We do not recommend staying here again.”

“Breakfast isn't really breakfast, just some misc. grab and go items like Nature Valley bars and pre-packaged muffins. Very underwhelming. Otherwise, this was a perfect hotel for business travel. AC was great, location right off the freeway, room for we clean, easy check-in.”

“This little, older motel property is a delightful treasure! The location just off 4th in Yuma was very convenient. Lots of nearby restaurants. Their price is so affordable and the room with great amenities was an unexpected treat on my trip across AZ! The pool and pool patio area were sparkling clean. Their staff was courteous, friendly, helpful, and professional. I HIGHLY recommend this motel!”
