"I have traveled all over the world and this was by far the worst hotel I have ever walked into. The outside of the hotel looks nice, but the photos on the site are very deceptive to what the rooms are actually like. The place needs torn down and severely renovated. Bugs in the bedding and unclean/wet floor. It was so bad that I walked into the room set my stuff down and booked another hotel right away because there was yelling in the hallway and didn’t feel safe. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE......

"I live in Italy and so I'm familiar with normally having to drop a star level in order to manage my expectations, but this hotel barely fits a three star rating. I'm stunned hotels.com gives this a four star. The pool has rust stains all over it which I'm sure can't be that healthy, they have an insect problem, and the night staff was atrocious. I speak italian, and twice I was forced to wait at the reception desk for nearly 5 minutes while the man working the desk sent personal SMS messages. I...

"When I booked on Expedia the hotel had amenities such as a pool and hot springs. When we arrived it was clear this hotel never had these features. Is there anything that prevents the property from editing their hotel listing after booking? Overall a nice hotel with terrific apartment Terrace right overlooking the beach. The place was good for a one and done experience, but I would not go back because of the omissions listed when we booked. "

"The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The hotel is quiet, not on a main street. The hotel is mid point between Ischia Ponte and Ischia Porto. Both are an easy walk. The meals are nice. I would recommend half board. The pool area/pool is very relaxing."
