"Nice hotel, perfect location. It was spoilt by on arrival being told we had no room, they were full, and then that our booking had been cancelled. This obviously upset the family and panicked them. "Very happy with our stay at this property. The staff was pleasant, and very attentive. The food was top tier. The thermal pool access was amazing. The communication before the trip with the resort was great because they gave us all inside access on how to successfully get to and from the island. It takes a lot of planning when trains,planes and ferries are involved! Staff assisted us as much as they could and welcomed us with open arms.
