The rooms were very clean , the staff were very polite and respectful . The cleaning crew were amazing. I was running very hot and I appreciate that the air conditioning was functional and it went down to 50F to help me stay cool first two nights. I deducted a stay because we found it kind of hard to order food online from the hotel site and the app wasn’t easy to register our stay , earn points or order stuff.
Check-in was okay. The hotel kind of went cheap on pillows though . They were almost flat pillows when we arrived and sleeping with them wasn’t the best for my shoulders and neck .
