"Very noisy location. People outside partied till 1 am. The walls and windows do not keep out the noise. Our patio door did not lock. Won’t stay there again. "

"Beware! Stay Clear! Our experience with Casco View totally unacceptable. We only stayed 15 minutes before leaving due to: 1. lack of water (after checking in we were given a note saying the water would be shut off from 8p to 8a on both nights), 2. inadequate AC (the room temp was 28c and we could not get the AC to turn on; it was obvious the room would not cool down enough for sleeping), 3. Lack of working wifi for our unit (when we tried to log in using the password provided we received a message saying that network designated for our room was unavailable. As requested by the manager we filled out a form before leaving stating the problems and requesting a refund. We subsequently sent a message to the hotel asking for the status of our refund request and Casco View replied that they would not provide a refund. In summary, when we reserved Casco View through Expedia we expected a room with water, an adequate cooling system and internet access. When these were not provided we decided not to stay and no refund was provided."
