PC bills itself as a luxury resort and if you come in expecting White Lotus levels of luxury, you are probably going to be disappointed. Lines can be long for check in and breakfast buffet, and there are a few quirks here and there (slow service in the restaurants, lack of temperature controls in some rooms) that might irk. But the staff is very friendly and the setting is lovely and the bed I slept in was crazy comfortable.

The facilities atop the mountain is incredible. The majority of the staff at the reception do not give you their full attention, and the rooms are not clean. They will accept other clients while they check you in, and as you make your request, one staff after another will keep stepping in. I've never stayed at a hotel like the Pearl Continental in Bhurband; the staff, from the receptionist to the room cleaner, is appalling. They never changed the towels, so I asked three different persons to provide fresh ones, but no one seemed to care. When I called the operator to request a bottle of water, he informed me that they only allowed one bottle per room per day. I would NOT suggest anyone to stay here Pearl Continental Bhurband unless they improve their customer service.

Good hotel but noisy

Hotel is nice but very noisy with loud music till at least 11.00 am most nights. Noise is very bad if you are on the Mountain View side. After complaining to senior manager we were moved to opposite side where it was quiter.

It used to be a nice hotel that I visited more than 20 years ago. It is now overcrowded, staff is not well trained and does not know how to attend to the needs of guests. Food is poor quality

Good location

Reception staff has charged a drink from the minibar even we don't use anything from it. They don't trust on guests and claim to be a five star hotel. Deficient toilet accessories. Majority of Kids play equipment were Out or order.

Pretty disappointing

The food served at the hotel is nothing to write home about. Their Nadia restaurant is a place one should avoid at all cost as it is poorly managed. The prices are way over the type compared to the quality on offer. The service is also below par and doesn’t match the star rating awarded to this hotel.
