“My kids and I have stayed here many times. The pool is fantastic. The staff are so helpfull and friendly. The breakfast is legendary with lots of variation. One of our favourite weekend breaks. 👍”

“Overall the stay was good. Staff were nice, helpful and friendly. The room was nice and clean. The only problem that I had was, I ordered a pizza from room service that was marked up as being hand made with chicken, choretho and halepinos. The pizza that was delivered was an obvious one that you can buy cheaply from Tesco's. It had a stuffed crust filled with tomato sauce, that was not on the menu and no halepinos. It tasted way too sweet and wasn't spicey. I had 2 slices out of 8 only because I...

“Beautiful hotel and grounds. Went to the spa on the first day with my daughters and it was a lovely experience. Used the relaxation room, swimming pool, sauna and steam and had back massage. We had an executive room that was clean, very large with great amenities. Restaurant meal was fabulous and the staff here are so friendly and helpful. Would definately come back.”

“Nice view but room a tad outdated with pine furniture and brown bathroom suite! Asked for some cutlery for a takeaway and was told that wasn't possible which I found a little unhelpful! ”

“The hotel and our room (No 5) were nicely styled in a modern silver-grey scheme. Our room was clean and comfortable, especially the bed. Bathroom was clean and modern too. However, 3x issues really: 1. the TV didn't work very well - aerial didn't function properly so signal & picture/sound kept cutting out; 2. bathroom door didn't shut fully; and lastly, 3. single-glazed windows meant noise from the road outside was loud. We were also awoken on 2 nights around 2am from loud & shrill girls'...

“Noise from within the hotel during the night. Thin walls? When the fire alarm sounded in the night, guests gathered at the front of the hotel. It was quite some time before any staff appeared to offer guidance and explanations. The 'Deluxe Queen Room' on arrival was nothing like the picture when booked. The lack of a shower was strange: the bath mixer taps were extremely temperamental.”

“Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. Pub staff also, and kindly gave my father no less than 5 different tasters of beers so he could decide what to drink! Lovely quirky interior - looks small from the outside but had lots of different small dining areas inside. Only tiny drawback was the very steep hill up from the rooms furthest away from reception. I hadn't seen it flagged on anything but that may have been because I used a third party site to book online”
