"By far, this is one of the best places I have ever stayed. Almost everything I experienced here was good — or even amazing. The only minor downside was the limited access to public transportation. The hotel is about 30 minutes from the Bosphorus and the busy historical areas, which I actually think can be an advantage if you’re looking for a quieter atmosphere. If you want a relaxing, clean, comfortable, and respectful place to stay, this is it. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, well-trained, and welcoming. I traveled with my wife, in-laws, and friends, and they all share my opinion. Treat yourself and your loved ones by staying in a place like this — you won’t regret it. "

"Outstanding historical hotel. A must see even if you aren’t staying in the hotel, the historic lobby is so unique. One of the best breakfasts in the city, but don’t limit yourself to the hotel breakfast only since there are so many wonderful breakfast, lunch and dinner places around. "We stayed recently here and were happy overall with our stay. Pool was great …closed at 8pm…not too crowded … Breakfast was good overall…lots of breads and traditional Turkish breakfast…omelettes made to order …service was really good and were all friendly … I would like to thank two individuals particularly who made our stay comfortable …Joseph and I can’t for life of me remember the other guy at reception (had salt pepper hair) were very friendly … Location is about 15 minute walk to main sites which has some uphill walking to do …lots of stores and travel agencies on the way to the main sites Good hot water and pressure …ac was good …spacious room "
