Short stay in Istanbul

The hotel restoration is great, modern zen and comfortable. I can suggest to add towel hangers in the bathroom, the shower floor can be slippery and finally I did not understand in the beginning what you mean by “Special Class” , I suggest to be more specific for your future customers to avoid surprises.

The hotel was good overall, but the charger in our room was not working which was inconvenient. We asked for a room higher up but they didn't accommodate it so there was noise coming from outside. The staff was constantly arguing between themselves and it was disturbing.

The property is located on a very busy street so you hear car noise and honking all through the night. We stayed for 3 nights and our room was never cleaned even after requesting it and turning on the cleaning light. Had to ask for towel change and ended up getting towels with wholes in them. Shower had no door so water spilled every where and no fan either so it stayed moist and smelled like cigarette smoke. You could even smell cigarette smoke at breakfast as employees smoked right outside the lobby door. Would not recommend this place.

My entire experience with this trip has been nothing short of horrible from the moment I arrived. I had booked a transfer directly from the airport through the hotel and had even reminded them before my flight, expecting clear instructions upon landing. However, none were provided. I spent 45 minutes looking for the driver at the airport, only to end up having to take a taxi at my own expense. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist apologized and admitted that it was the hotel’s fault for not providing the necessary instructions. I was then shown to my room, but when I tried to lock the door, it wouldn’t close properly. I was told that there was no handyman available, but someone would be sent to take a look. The bellboy who came to fix it tried, but the lock still didn’t work. As a lone female traveler, I felt unsafe in a room where I couldn’t lock the door. I requested a different room, but was told none were available and I would have to make do. I checked online, and to my surprise, there were rooms available, but they were all priced much higher than the one I had booked. At this point, I was frustrated and decided to check out and find alternative accommodation. When I went to checkout, the hotel staff assured me that Expedia would resolve the issue since I had booked through them. However, Expedia has been unable to get in touch with the hotel to demand a refund, leaving me out of pocket and with no resolution. I have received no service that was promised to

I had a wonderful 10 day stay at The Bentley Hotel. The Penthouse room is spacious with a fantastic large balcony. The room was clean & well stocked with amenities. Every member of the hotel staff was welcoming, friendly & treated me like family. Would recommend to anyone & I will definitely be going back!
