Management and staff are very responsible and helpful. Good communication from both owner and staff. Breakfast was very good and staff will accommodate milk for baby. Overall a good place to stay. Nice and cozy place, and like 2 mins walk to Blue Mosque and Hafiz Mustafa.

The location is wonderful it is in the historical area in Istanbul, all restaurants and shops are very close, the blue Mosque and famous museums are near. The room is narrow and the breakfast area is on the terrace in the sixth floor and no elevator in the building.

Good location, good staff, no elevator
This hotel is in a good area, and close to sea and other attractive areas. The staffs were so helpful and kind. The hotel was clean. This hotel doesn't have elevator and for breakfast you should go to floor 5 which has view of outside and sea. At first they wanted to give a room in floor 4, but when I ask them to change my room, to go to lower floor, they accepted and give me a room in 2nd floor. In general it was a good hotel with this price.

Old rooms, a wall of shabby gave a room on the 5th floor without an elevator, we are with two small children, dangerous stairs without an elevator, at the reception desk terrible service. I was shocked, in the photo one and you come to another, we left, miserably spent money, without Return

I had a bad experience with this hotel. I asked for a pick up from the hotel that was confirmed that did not show up. Thne I was badgered into paying for it as I was told it did come and that I left (I waited for 45 mins late at night). Furthermore the manager threathened the staff he will take it out of his salary if he did not get me to pay. I paid as I didnt want à young kids pay to be cut. $20 Not a huge deal for me but a lot for someone living in Turkey. Avoid this cruel hotel. The manager places more importance on cab company than his customers.

Staying at Blue Tuana was more than wonderful. It was a short stay for a stop over. The room was really clean and it had a nice view on the roof-top restaurant. It didn't have the elevator, but the staffs carried our luggage. They were very friendly as well. And the room had the AC. Perfect considering its price. Shuttle Bus to the airport costed 5 euros per each person. Thanks a lot!

I've just come back from Istanbul, where I stayed at the Blue Tuana Hotel. It turned out to be a great choice. We booked a twin bedroom, but upon arrival we were given a bedroom with a double+ twin beds. This leaves not much spaces to move around, but since we were 2 people it was OK. We stayed in room 503 and the view was on Marmara Sea. Imagine how amazing! Hotel: It is a small family- owned and run hotel. Everyone who works there is a stakeholder, from the house keeping to the manager. This makes things a little slow, since there isn't much staff, but you can guarantee dedication& care about customer satisfaction. I would say the price is very reasonable. Location: Located in Sultan Ahmet, close to Hagia Sophia, Top Kapi and the Blue Mosque. All within 7-10 min walking distance. Arasta Bazaar is less than 5 min away. Sultan Ahmet tram station is less than 10 min away. The hotel is located in an old district. Stone streets. Small alleys. Amazing façades. Many routes to explore. View: One side of the hotel overlooks the Marmara Sea, the other Hagia Sophia. The roof restaurant offers both views and leaves one with a dreamy fairy tale like state. Cleanliness: Can be improved. Towels were changed daily, but twice with ones that had stains. They were clearly washed but needed more care. Bed sheets weren't changed. But I am sure they would have been changed them had we asked. Over all, we can say it is a clean hotel. Staff: Very helpful, very friendly!

Hotel was gehorig, douche was vies (veel schimmel) en het raam in de kamer zat nog aan 1 scharnier vast, leek alsof het eraf zou vallen. WiFi was erg slecht en de kamer waar wij zaten was erg klein, we zagen alleen wel dat het hotel ook iets grotere kamers had. Lamp op de gang van het hotel werkte niet (bevat bewegingssensor, maar ging niet aan) en de reling van de trap was laag en zat helemaal los. Lamp boven het bed was ook kapot, matras van het bed was hard en het headboard zat ook los. Qua tv: waren alleen Turks talige zenders die werkten. Waren genoeg stopcontacten aanwezig in de kamer. Wat we een beetje misten in de kamer was een prullenbak, haakjes aan de muur, extra wc papier (er was minder dan 1 rol en we kregen niks extra). Ontbijt was niet top, ook vroegen ze 3 euro extra als je omelet wilde. Medewerkster was ook met handschoenen aan aan haar gezicht aan het krabben en zat aan haar haar en ging vervolgens verder met het eten maken. De medewerkers beneden waren over het algemeen erg vriendelijk, namen onze koffers aan en regelden een shuttle naar het vliegveld. Alleen, 1 medewerker sprak 0 Engels, waardoor communicatie via Google translate verliep. Locatie van het hotel was vlakbij de moskeeën en 5-10 minuten van de tram. Ook veel restaurantjes in de buurt.

Отель оставил хорошее впечатление. Достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Мелкие поблемки решались на месте. Персонал приветливый, все знают русский либо английский. Завтраки вкусные, особенно сыр. Рекомендую

Super recomendable
El hotwl esta muy bien ubicado a unas cuadras de la mezquita Azul y Santa Sofhia, en el area hay muchos comerxios y restaurantes, el perso al super amable, y el desayuno tipo bufet esta super rico y la terraza del hotel donde sirven el desayuno tiene unas super vistas tanto del rio como de las mezquitas que es lo que me encanta, la habitacion muy completa y en buen estado.

Из минусов: - При бронировании отеля был указан трансфер, включенный в стоимость, но в отеле сказали, что трансфер предоставляется за отдельную плату. - Нас поселили на 1 этаже возле ресепшена. Сказали, что мы бронировали этот номер, но я никакой номер при бронировании не выбирала. В принципе ничего плохого, кроме того, что это полуподвальный номер и с улицы слышны все разговоры. Также все разговоры и очень четко слышны с респшена, что сильно ухудшило качество сна. Номера выше были за доплату. - В ванной есть плесень Из плюсов: - персонал приятен и готов помочь - вцелом номер чистый и удобный - расположение идеальное: рядом с морем и с достопримечательностями - больше всего понравилось кафе на крыше с видом на море и все достопримечательности. Очень уютно и завтракать там одно удовольствие. Отдельное спасибо повару, все свежее и вкусное.

Excelente vista y ubicación

Welcoming hotel, very well situated
Very kind and welcoming employees, the hotel is situated nearby Sultanahmet mosque and Aya sofia, we used the tramway only twice. The street is quiet at night, and the place not very hot because of the presence of the sea. The buffet is quite varied, with sweet and salt turkish food, it was a real pleasure to take our breakfast facing sultanahmet mosque and aya sofia in the terrace. The wifi was very powerful, and it was a good point to have the air conditioner.

Vasat diyemeyecek kadar kötüydü,odaların eski,bakımsız,özensiz ve çalışanların ilgisizliği,kahvaltılıkların temiz olmaması ve önemlisi güvenlik namına hiç bir şeyin dikkate alınmaması da cabası.Otelin konumunun tartışmasız güzel olmasına rağmen verilen hizmet fazlaca kötüydü.İstanbul'un nadide bir yerinde böyle bir otel işletmeciliğine değil puan yorum yapmak bile fazlaydı ancak biz bir hata yaptık başka kimse de aynını yapmasın diye yazmak istedim.

size söyleyecek söz bulamıyoruz.o kadar müşteri yorumumuz var kontrol edin hangisi kahvaltıdan şikayet etmiş.kahvaltıdan şikayet ediyorsunuz ama kahvaltıya çıktığınızda 2 saat boyunca yiyip içiyorsunuz.madem şikayet ediyorsunuz kahvaltıdan neden herkesten çoık yiyordunuz anlamış değiliz.sizin yurt dışından buraya gelerek kendinizi bir üst seviyede görmeniz de cabası.yurt dışından gelen birçok türk misaifirimiz var ama hçbir zaman sizin gibi kendini üstün gören,bişeyi beğenmeyen bi misafirimiz olmadı siz ilk ve son olursunuz diye ümit ediyoruz.ucuz diye bodrum katta oda yapıyorsunuz ve biz size gelmeden haftalar önce yapmış olduğunuz odanın bodrum katta olduğunu isterseniz odanızı biraz fark ödeyerek değiştirebileceğinizi söylüyoruz ama kabul etmiyorsunuz sonra da böyle yalan yanlış yorum yapıyorsunuz.güvenlik diyorsunuz 24 saat burda insan duruyor kameralar çalışıyor nasıl bi güvenlik bekliyorsunuz hala kapınızda adam mı bekletecez ne bekliyorsunuz.emin olun siz zaten buraya paranızı geri alamayacağınızı bildiğiniz için gelip sadece paramız yanmasın ama kötü yorum yazarım kafası ile gelmişsiniz.bizde zaten sizin gibi kötü düşünceli bir insan ağırlamak istemiyiz.

Öncelikle personeli otele girişimizden itibaren ilgisiz alakasızdı. Ayrıca otele check-in yaptıktan sonra hotels. Com Dan bana gelen mailde olumsuz görüş bildirdim diye site üzerinden bana karşı çantanızı burakmayayın mı dedik gibi bir cümle kuruldu. Bu da gösteriyorki eleştiriye karşı toleransları çok düşük. Öncelikle benim otele erken gelip (otobüsümün saatinden dolayı) çantamı bırakmam kadar normal bir şey olamaz ve de sanki bu durum bana bağışlanmış gibi bahşediyor yorumunda. Ayrıca biz bir aile olarak geldik bize verdikleri oda recepsiyona o kadar yakındı ki(şöyle bir örnek vereyim recepsiuonda hapşuran kişinin ses odamızın içinde duyuluyordu) Ayrıca rtuvalet sigara kokuyordu. Hayatımda kaldığım en kötü otel diyebilirim...bize verilen oda -1 kattaydı(Ölsem, mezarım bu kadar derinde olamazdı).

anlaşılıyor ki sende eleştiriye karşı sıfır toleranslısın.kaldığın odanın rezervasyonunu siz yaptınız biz yapmadık.yarı bodrum katta oda rezervasyon yapmışsınız size deniz manzaralı oda vermemiz veya üst katta oda vermemiz mümkün değil sanki yağtığınız oda tipini bilmiyormuş gibi yorum yapıyorsunuz.madem rahatsızdın odandan biraz daha fazla ödeme yapıp başka oda rezervasyon yapsaydın.sanki 500 tl vermiş gibi yorum yapıyorsun.normal oda rezervasyonu yapmışsında biz sana aşağı katta oda vermişiz gişi konuşmuşsunuz.bu kadar sıkıntı yaptıysa odanız neden burdayken söylemediniz de gittikten sonra böyle konuşuyorsunuz.

Hotel pequeño pero acogedor.
Pagué 32 euros por habitación doble y desayuno tipo buffet para dos. Sin alardes, pero todo bien. Más no se puede pedir por ese dinero. No es un hotelazo, eso sí. Pero más que suficiente para pasar un par de noches.

Отель расположен в тихом переулке. Найти сложно, не имея карты, так как названий улиц и номеров домов не видно, особенно в сумерки или ночью. Отель на твердую 4. Были небольшие недочеты, которые оперативно устранялись персоналом. За это огромное спасибо! Кто-то из персонала говорит по-русски. Завтраки подаются на террасе, с которой открывается великолепный вид на Голубую Мечеть с одной стороны и на живописный вид Мраморного моря. Номер меньше заявленного. Достопримечательности в пешей доступности.

酒店地理位置好，离蓝色清真寺等主要景点很近，走路5分钟，露台风景不错，一面可以看见马尔马拉海，一面可看到蓝色清真寺。早餐还可以，土国餐都这样。前台小哥服务态度很好，帮我们拎行李箱上5楼，没有电梯，老城区的酒店应该都是这样。房间有点小，开门有股不好闻的味道，淋浴的下水不通畅，洗完澡脚下会存水，感觉不好。浴巾有点破旧。由于看错了回国航班的时间，我们多订了一晚酒店，想和酒店问下能不能退了，到酒店办理入住时和前台小哥说了情况，他说酒店这边没问题但因为我们是通过好订网预定的让我联系他们，但当时国内已经半夜了，转天早晨我联系好订网，工作人员说酒店经理不同意退款，让我联系经理，正好酒店经理在我问他，他也是说酒店这边退房没有问题，但房钱不能给我得联系好订网，能不能拿到钱要看他们，因为我付钱给的好订网。我就想酒店都同意退房了好订网为什么不退钱，我又联系好订网，那边的工作人员还说是酒店经理不同意退，我就把电话给了酒店经理，让人无语的是他果然说不退钱，他是说可以退房但不退钱，他和我可不是这么说的，不退钱我退什么房呀，他早说我就不联系好订网了，本来是我自己订错了，你直接告诉我不能退不就完了吗，我也不能说什么，白耽误了我们1小时时间。那我们就没退房去大巴扎逛街了，想晚上回来洗完澡去机场，结果回来后发现房间根本没有打扫，用过的浴巾和毛巾还是潮湿的，垃圾也没有倒，闷了一天的房间可以想象一开门是什么味道。不知道是因为早上退房的事还是本来就不是每天打扫，不管是什么原因大夏天的不打扫房间不能接受。因为要赶飞机就没再找酒店理论。露天和地理位置是酒店的优势，但在露台吃早餐时看到周围的酒店也有有露天的。实在不能认同酒店处理问题的方式。

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel betrugen 8 Tage. Pro: Preisleistungsverhältnis top Anständiges WLAN Top Lage Wunderschöne Terasse mit tollem Ausblick Für Leute die İstanbul erkunden möchten, definitiv zu empfehlen. Contra: Zimmer sind nicht wirklich die saubersten. Es mangelt generell an sauberkeit. Kein Aufzug. Fur den Preis, den ich gezahlt habe, war ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel.

Die Lage ist Top, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit jedoch würde ich dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen. In der ersten Nacht haben wir ein Zimmer unten im Erdgeschoss bekommen, das war eine Katastrophe man hörte alles was an der reception vorsich ging und die Mitarbeiter die Nachtschicht hatten. Eine schlaflose Nacht sage ich nur. Nach der Beschwerde am nächsten Morgen kamen wir in die 3. Etage. Sehr kleine Zimmer und es gab in den Zimmern oben keine Duschkabine. Nochmal buchen würde ich hier nicht trotz der top Lage.

Nicht gehört von Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit
1 mal in 7 tagen wurde zimmer sauber gemacht. Und das nach vorderung. Herr Mustafa sowie Herr Sertaç sind sowas unfreundlich. Das Frühstück jeden tag das gleiche und von jedem ein bißchen. 1 mal und nie wieder. Ich würde keinem empfehlen. Geht lieber am SultanAhmet auf der Straße schlafen da ist viel sauberer.
