Great Location and Accommodation

Wonderful staff and very beautiful setting. Surrounded by restaurants and cafes. Easy taxi access. Less than 5 minutes to Sabiha Gokcen airport.

Very dirty cleaning. Even when we asked them to clean our room when we arrived it was still dirty. All workers don’t communicate in English which made some trunks when we called them to let them know we arrived late after check in time.

I’ve been travelling for the last month and this hotel has been my least favourite. When placing the booking it states they have Wifi. Every time I walked into my room I had to call reception and ask them to connect me to their Wifi. Again when I got back after doing some shopping I called reception and they advised they will send someone up. One hour passed I called reception again then the phone was engaged, called again and the reception staff pretended they couldn’t hear me so I made my way to reception to ask them when is someone going to connect the wifi! It was after 10:30 pm by this stage. Knowing I wasn’t happy I was attended by a staff member who finally connected my wifi. My room was so dated and the shower didn’t drain properly that I had the water up to my ankles.

Danışmadaki beyfendi çok yardımcı oldu sağolsun otelde güzeldi fakat oda çok temiz değildi eksiklikler bile vardı. Odamızın temizlenmesini istememize rağmen temizlenmemişti.
