Ich habe etwas noch nie etwas in meinem Leben bereut, wie dieses Hotel gebucht zu haben. Ich habe für 4 Nächte bezahlt und bin innerhalb 5 Minuten wieder ausgecheckt. Die bettel waren voll mit Haare und flecken. Dies war kein Einzelfall, da mir 4 andere Zimmer gezeigt wurden und in allen Betten waren Haare und flecken. Überall Bettwanzen, ich kann das einfach nicht beschreiben wie ekelhaft es war. Rückerstattung gabs natürlich nicht. 😡😡😡

Otel tam bir rezaletti, hotels.com olarak bu vasatlıkta bir otele nasıl müsade ediyorsunuz anlamak mümkün değil, yatak kalitesi berbat belki 20 yıllık bir yataktı, odada banyo havlusu yoktu, banyo çok kütü ve kirliydi, personel çok ilgisiz ve kabaydı.

Das Hotel war geschlossen und mussten an einer anderen Adresse, welche in Google nicht Aktuell war. Das Zimmer war dreckig, völlig zerstörte Möbel, Schimmel ohne Ende, stark verfärbte Bettwäsche und kein Room Service, d.h keine frischen Handtücher, Bettwäschewechsel und es wird nicht geputzt (was vor Ankunft auch nicht geputzt war) Klopapier, Handtücher ect. bekommt man erst nach Anfrage und hat 1 Tag gedauert. 2 kleine feuchte Handtücher für 2 Personen bekommen, kein Badetuch keine Fussmatte und es wurde klar ausgedrückt, dass die Handtücher nicht auf den Boden dürfen ( Boden dreckig und sehr rutschig) TV und Safe hat nicht funktioniert und Minibar stand leer und nicht angeschlossen (Steckdose auch auffindbar). Frühstück nicht nennenswert. Die Bilder auf der Internetseite entsprechen nicht der Wahrheit! Das Enizige positive ist die Lage.

Service was fijn. Hele vriendelijke jongens. De rest heel slecht en vies! Dit kan je haast geen hotel noemen. Hygiene is ver te zoeken. Als er geen personeel was was er geen ontbijt. Lakens handdoeken vies met vlekken. WiFi doet het slecht.

Kaldığım en kötü hotel

Hotelin semt olarak çok iyi ama bu kadar, ışık düğmeleri sabit olmayıp düşüyor. Çocuklu aileler için çok sıkıntılı be tehlikeli bir durum. Duş tesisatları arızalı ve üst odada duş aldığında alt kattaki tavandan damlıyor. Odanın camları tam kapanmağından dışarıdaki gürültü içeri sızıyor. Bizden önceki misafirlerimin çatal, kaşık ve su şişeleri dolapların ve yatakların altından çıkıyor. Yani bizim birdahaki gitmeyeceğiz ve çocuklu ailelere tavsiyede etmediğimiz bi hotel.

موقع الفندق سيء

الموقع غير معروف وداخل حارة شعبية ، غلاء السعر وذلك بدون مقابل للخدمات ، تعامل الموظفين و المالك جداً سيء، لقد طلبت من الموظف استرداد البملغ فلم يقم بإرجاعة مما جعلني اضطر لسكن لكوني دفعت ( اتمنا من شركتكم الموقرة بعدم التعامل مع هذا الفندق ) وهناك كارثة أخرى مستوى نظافة الفندق جداً سيئة .

I booked this place because I went vacation with my kids and this place had twin beds for each kid which was nice , the location was good and close to bazar and metro , but I never spend night in such a dirty place , it was terribly dirty Overall the closets were broken , hole in the wall, bathroom had dirt crust and looked like never been cleaned and bathroom smelled so bad , when I requested for cleaning they said ok ok we make sure room is cleaned and when I returned at night nothing was touched In 9 nights I never got a clean linen or towel We had to our own towels and dry in the room Cuz when we requested for towel they said we don’t have . We asked for another room since the bathroom smelled really bad , they guy said that we don’t have another for a week , and by the way what you guys expect - it’s not a 5 star hotel - But zero star hotel can’t not be worse than this There was no management , I asked for managers number , they said why you need manager , she is not here I felt so guilty infront of my kids that I waisted their vacation When you come to hotel after dark there were 5-6 guys sitting in the lobby and I didn’t feel safe there I do not recommend this place to anyone I am not a picky person ,but things that I saw in this place is not acceptable by anyone

Dus basligi kirilmis hortum yerlerde geziyordu.. Onceden rezervasyon yapmamiza ragmen odada havlu yoktu. Gelen havlunun yarisi islakti ve lekeliydi. Yastiklarda aynen lekeliydi. Klimanin gurultusunden zaten uyuyamadik. Yasadigim en kotu hotel tecrubesi. Herseyi bosverinde insan once bir odayi kontrol eder dus basligini tamir eder bari.. Kartla odeme yapmasaydim ceker giderdim..

Locatie is zeer goed gelegen centraal, dit is ook de enige over deze hotel. Kamers zijn heel basic en schoon is het helemaal niet, je moet smeken of de kamer schoongemaakt kan worden, bijvullen wc papier, verschonen van handoeken, en bedgoed is vies. Bedgoed zijn schoon wel met veel vlekken die niet verwijderd worden. Als er hier aandacht besteedt wordt door de eigenaar best goed Hotel is zeer centraal gelegen

pas grand chose, hormis sa situation géographique bien placé. vraiment dommage pour tout le reste. déjeuner nul de NUL. Chambre médiocre. jamais vu ça sur des hôtel à Istanbul sure mes séjours là bas "très mal choisie". ( vous devriez même le supprimer de votre site). Jamais plus je ne retiendrai cette établissement ou le conseillerais à des amis. MÊME PAS 1 ETOILE.

It was very much unexpected,

The place very dirty, stinky, Location terrible No taxi goes to that location I had to carry my luggage a long way to main road. I left accidentally my phone charger in the room when I left I called them soon after but they surprisingly didn't accept. I never ever recommend them to anyone.

Unter Frühstücksbuffet verstehe ich ganz was anderes... Die Zimmer sind nicht sauber, ein Haartrockner was nicht funktioniert, eine Toilettenlampe was nur Lärm macht wenn man es betätigt. Bilder entsprechen nicht der Realität.. Das einzige positive ist, dass es zentral liegt! Nicht empfehlenswert! Für das Geld kriegt man bestimmt was bessere!

Arrivée le soir à l'hôtel donc obligé de rester la nuit, le lendemain petit dej très simple pas beaucoup de choix. L'hôtel est très vieux, sale et pas d'hygiène. Impossible de chauffer correctement car il y'a des fuites autour de la fenêtre. Pas d'eau chaude stable, chasse d'eau qui ne fonctionne pas. Resté 1 nuit sur les 4. Impossible de se faire rembourser. A fuir ! C'est de l'arnaque !

Es war katastrophal ! Schuhsohlen abdrücke auf der Deckenwand !!! Fremde haare auf kissen und bettdecken, nicht abgeputzer boden und spiegel mit flecken !! Elektokabel die noch von der Wand heraus stehen. Ecken voller schimmel.Es war keine Hygiene da . Das Personal sehr unfreundlich es war alles schrecklich!!!

Dies ist kein Hotel! Kaltes Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn, kein Toilettenpapier, Wasserhahn in der Dusche spritzt das ganze Bad ab, kommt nur kaltes Wasser aus dem Hahn, Waschbecken wird von Putzfrau benutzt zum auswaschen ohne das Becken hinterher sauber zu machen. Keine Betten wurden gemacht, kein Müll auf dem Boden weggeräumt, Toilettenpapier klebt an der Wand, Mülleimer noch vom Vorgänger voll, Licht funktioniert nicht, Fön hängt am offen Kabel. Als Hotel kann man das nicht bezeichnen. Es zeiht aus den Fenstern undicht, Die Klima funktiniert nicht. Maximal 20 Euro Wert. Die Handtücher waren mit Flecken übersäht und Steif, Fäden hängen weg. Noch nicht einmal Schuhe möchte man damit abputzen. Die Einrichtung nicht nur runterrgekommen sondern auch gefährlich, da überall Steckdosen verbrannt in der Wand stecken.
