The staff were excellent, the property was centrally located and close to most places. The main issue I had with the property was the smell from the bathroom. It seems that there is a waste waste problem which makes the bathroom have a foul smell. Vehicle access at certain times of the day is a problem. If the smell is fixed, the hotel will receive an excellent rating.

They didn’t give the room which we booked, 3 night we was in the room there was no window same like prison and after 3 days discus with the hotel they change our room, please talk with this hotel manager to be honest with customers and which they booked the room please give them. Hotel cómodo y centrico.

Excelente ubicación cerca de la estación de tranvía, en la cual se puede movilizar a los puntos destacados de la ciudad. El hotel es cómodo y cuenta con buen desayuno.

Bij aankomst geen welkomstgevoel, er wordt een formulier op de tafel gegooid en geroepen dat we het moeten tekenen. Kamer bleek niet schoon te zijn, tevens was kamer kleiner dan de beschrijving. Veel stof in de kamer, ramen zagen er erg vuil en vettig uit. Tegels van de badkamer zaten onder de spetters van tandpasta of wat dan ook. Beide gemeld bij de receptie, waarna een medewerker (man van /- 50 jaar oud) direct in de verdediging schiet en aangeeft dat de kamer schoon is. Gevraagd of hij een andere taal spreekt dan Engels, gaf aan “only English”. Echter staat in de omschrijving van het hotel dat er Engels, Duits, Spaans, Russisch wordt gesproken. Klopt dus voor geen meter. Enkele dagen later troffen we dezelfde medewerker, Russisch sprekend met iemand aan. Niet te geloven dat hiervoor hierover gelogen is. Een zeer onprettige man, respectloos en totaal niet service-gericht. Schreeuwt continu tegen klanten, roept dan “go to another hotel”. In 12 dagen tijd is 3 keer het beddengoed verwisseld. Zogenaamd schone handdoeken echter met een vieze geur. In de omschrijving van het hotel staat dagelijks schoonmaak, echter is er geen enkele dag schoongemaakt m.u.v. het verwisselen van het beddengoed drie keer. Water in de badkamer wordt pas na een kwartier warm. Zeer gehorige kamer en zeer slechte WiFi verbinding. 1400 euro weggegooid geld, slechtste hotel wat er bestaat met de slechtste service. Is de absoluut de 4 sterren niet waard.

At vi fik besøg af en ven var åbenbart et stort problem, hvorfor de ringede til os af flere omgange! Der er mangel på tillid i forhold til min oplevelse fra andre hoteller i Istanbul. Personalet var yderst venlig og servicemindet, men ledelsens beslutning om gæstbesøg er ikke OK.
