Clean, excellent customer service

The customer service here is outstanding! Every member of the staff genuinely cared that we have a good experience. The first room we checked into had a slight cigarette smoke smell. When I told the staff they immediately upgraded us and reassured us that if we didn't like the second room that they could give us another one. But the second room was perfect. The room was very clean and was cleaned well everyday of our stay. The spa was fantastic as well. And the restaurant had delicious food. We actually spent 2 full afternoons and evenings at the hotel because it was so lovely.

Hotel in guter Lage zum Flughafen SAW. Mit dem Taxi (ca 35€) oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (1,20 € ! Bus, Zug und Metro) kommt man in ca. 1 Stunde ins Zentrum. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist lecker und sehr reichhaltig. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und geräumig, allerdings merkt man diesen die 15 Jahre an.

Istanbul Marriot Hotel Pendik is a great place to stay, comfort is good, hospitality perfect and the convenience with Pool, Sauna and Gym is really perfect! Also grateful for being recognized for being a return guets, and given an upgrade is always a pleasure and appreciated.

Das Hotel muss unbedingt umfassend renoviert werden. Im ersten Zimmer ließ sich das Fenster nicht öffnen, es war sehr laut. Im zweiten Zimmer fehlte der Save. Generell funktioniert nicht alles. Frühstück mittelmäßig. Insgesamt unzufrieden bei einem Preis von 150€/Nacht. Lage ist auch nicht toll.
