Awesome place to stay. I want to thank the Housekeeper especially on the fourth floor as she found my shirt after I checked out and was able to return to pick it up ( It was my favorite shirt). Third time staying here. The beds are so comfortable that its easy to sleep thru the mornings. Thanks again 4 a great stay.

Location is good if you plan to visit Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and the both Bazars, otherwise it’s too loud. In front of the hotel is the tram line, therefore it’s somehow loud even with the closed windows, the noise from the staircase might be also annoying, due to missing soundproof of the doors. The breakfast is really questionable and has nothing to do with the photos shown, once we’ve tried it, had to look for the breakfast in the cafés nearby.

The "junior suite" was quite roomy and very comfortable since our room was at the rear if the building, it was actually very quiet at night, despite what I had heard about Istanbul being super noisy. Staff at the Lalahan are very pleasant and helpful Decent choice if you want to be in a convenient location -- easy walk to some of the major attractions such as the Hagia Sophia. Only real drawback is that this walk (and the hotel) is on the road with the tram/streetcar, so you need to be REALLY careful to stay on the sidewalk...

Comfortable and family friendly hotel

Clean hotel with excellent location, 10 min walk to topkapi palace and Aya Sofia mosque, and the best part is that the entrance to the metro station was just backside on the corner

The location was amazing and close to everywhere we wanted to go. Perfect location by a tram station on the most convenient line in Istanbul. The staff were very friendly and we're happy to help with whatever we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastically located, great service, clean large room. We stayed in many places but this was very convenient and suitable. Definitely would stay here again although we were not impressed with breakfast selection. We prefer local breakfast!

Lalahan is located in the centre of Sultan Ahmet close to the sights. The staff were helpful and the room was spacious. The garden was a well kept outdoor space. The breakfast was ok. Overall the hotel was very good.

This hotel is in a central location. Met the General Manager who is a very nice, polite, helpful person. Lobby staff Yunis, Turke and other are all polite, nice and helpful. Kitchen staff Carmen, Sali and other are all polite and nice. Housekeeping staff Sedef and other are helpful. Highly refer to everyone / anyone. I will ALWAYS BE a GUEST HERE

We stayed at Lalahan hotel for 5 nights. It is located close to the main attractions. A few minutes to Gulhane park and Topkape palace. There are many different shops and restaurants in a few steps. Meto passes the street.If you’re very sensitive to noise, it won’t work for you. I’m a light sleeper, but after a busy day, I could sleep well. Metro was the fastest way of transportation and the station was very close. Staff were very helpful. Turker was very friendly, he let us use his Iatanbul card to ride metro. He called Istanbul airport several times, looking for our lost luggage. Breakfast was very good also.
