Clean room. Buffet breakfast was extensive, although only filter coffee available. Borek was nice, but it was only offered one morning (pizza the next day 😩). Great location to Havaist bus and Taksim.

It’s a cosy, small hotel with clean rooms and polite and helpful staff. Don’t expect business class 4-star hotel, but compare to the cost and perfect location (2 minutes walk to Taksim square), I recommend it.

The hotel is very nice, clean and centrally located. You can walk to most places. The bad thing is that it doesn't have air conditioning. They have permanent heating, and the solution is to turn off the heating and open the windows, but lots of mosquitoes get in.

The young girl at reception was rude when we checked in. Breakfast was terrible. The staff seem miserable and to top it off we had money missing from our safe. We locked it and had do not disturb signs on the door every day except 1 when we had the room cleaned. This area is tourist hell, packed with people at all hours. I didnt feel safe in this city. People that went years ago loved it but istanbul has declined terribly post covid. Save yourself and don't stay here.

The room & bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good. The staff were nice. The hotel was close to Taksim Square and so it was easy to get to and from the airport using the metro which is very accessible and efficient and also easy to connect to the old city using the funicular and metro network. There are shops and restaurants closeby. The only thing I found disturbing was the early morning call to prayer from the mosque in the square which woke me at 4:30AM on my first night, 10 May. I couldn't get back to sleep and after a long journey to get to Turkey, I would have appreciated more rest. I suppose some rooms are quieter than others and I was not disturbed during my second stay on 17 May.

O hotel é muito bom , porém o recepcionista quase estragou a estadia . No check-in ele começou exigir um número de PIN . Respondi que nas minhas outras reservas somente o meu nome ou o passaporte já é suficiente. Ele estava irredutível , querendo cobrar novamente as diárias , porque para ele não havia no registro do hotel estas reservas. Foi então que eu lembrei que o hotel havia enviado um e-mail de boas vindas . Mostrei para ele e então ele falou , “ verdade , hotéis.com é diferente” …. Uma pena passar por esse transtorno
