Don’t book this place. Place in the back streets and six days there it was never cleaned. The toilets flood if you take a shower and if you decide to wash your hands the sinks leaks badly and floods the toilet. You easily see underneath the bed what was left by the previous occupant months ago. It is very noisy and not safe. They charge me quite some money for a pig whole. There is never anybody to reach out to in case of emergency or even simple queries.

Beim einchecken haben wir ein anderes Hotel bekommen, obwohl wir ja lemon residence gebucht hatten. Die Zimmer war nicht sauber, die Bettwäsche hatte Flecken, das Bad hat gestunken und in der Dusche kam das Wasser aus jeder Ecke rausgeschossen! Nicht empfehlenswert!

Lemon sandık a plus çıktı berbat

Otele gittiğimizde 10 dk yetkiliyi ve rezervasyonu kontrol etmesini bekledik. Lemon da yer olmadığını diğer binaya alacağını söyledi. A plus rezidans diye bir yerde kaldık. Resimlerde olan hiçbirşey yok tabiki. 1 gece konaklayacağım için tartışma çıkartmadım. Benden sonra gelen bir çift de aynı durum için tartışıyordu. Bu hotels.com un da ayıbı diye düşünüyorum. Son olarak yarım pet şise su bırakılmış, bida çok iğrenç bir durum.

i don't recommend this hotel to anyone , upon checkin my reservation was not in the hotel system , then the checkin process took more than 15 minutes , the receptionist assigned me in bad small room with the worst view , bedlight were missing , the phone was not working , the smell from the washroom , housekeeping attendant was not trained to knock the door or ask the permission before entering to the room

Convenient location - near to Taksim Square

We were received by the very helpful Mr Hassan - who was extremely cooperative. All our needs were catered to and we had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Will definitely recommend Lemon Residence to all fellow travellers going to Istanbul for either a short or long stay.

Small Hotel but not bad

Wifi was too slow and I couldn't use any , Area a bit unsafe , Close to Taksim , Clean room , Small hotel , No view , Most of the lights were not work , No drinking water at room , Blankets and bedsheets was not clean and some dirty points on the bedsheets

Terrible neighborhood

Did not feel safe. Heard machine gun fire one night and lots of yelling in the alley outside. Whole place reeked of cifarette smoke. There was rarely ever anyone at the front desk. No food or water provided. Ended up moving to the Santa Ottoman hotel on the other side of the road, closer to the Istaklal. Stay safe and book elsewhere!

Petit séjour tranquille

La chambre était cosy, la salle de bains très correcte,le lit très confortable et le personnel agréable. On est sortis tous les soirs dans les environs de l'hôtel car il y a pléthore de restaurants et de bars dans les environs (Taksim, Pera, Galata...)Comme tout n'est jamais parfait, il faut noter la vue inexistante côté cour (il y a un mur à 2m mais cela a l'avantage d'éviter le vis-à-vis et de ne pas avoir trop de lumière la nuit), pas de rideaux ocultants, une toute petite table décorative mais pas du tout pratique pour y manger et un placard qui n'avait pas été vérifié puisqu'on y a retrouvé une paire de chaussettes sales des occupants précédents. De plus, l'isolation est assez mauvaise et on entendait les voisins comme s'ils étaient derrière notre porte. Malgré ces petits points négatis nous sommes très satisfaits du séjour car à ce prix-là on ne peut décemment pas se plaindre...

Bonjour tt le monde.je recommande Lemon Residence.il est bien situé à 2 pas de Istiklal Cadessi à Taksim.les moyens de transport y sont tous sur place.L'hôtel était super bien.ainsi que le personnel surttttttt Mehmet et Dhafer.ils m ont bcp aidé pour mes déplacements et visites. La seul inconvénient sur l hôtel C qu il ya pas de ptit dej. En faite C 1 immeuble de 5 étage et 10 petites chambres.j avoue que C était propre.l essentiel qu on a délire

Empfehlenswert

Top Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, schöne Zimmer allerdings ein wenig unschöne Aussicht aus den Fenstern (Ghetto-mässig, heruntergekommene Gegend jedoch nicht gefährlich) Ich würde jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel wählen. Taskim-Metro innerhalb von 5min erreichbar.

Istanbul Weekend - Lemon Residence

The hotel was in a good location and staff were friendly and helpful. The Cleanliness was satisfactory but the best and the rugs did need to be deep cleaned as one could see the dirt. Sleep wise wasn't great because of the loud noises the fridge made throughout the night. The TV did not work either, but as I was barely there it didn't bother me and I'm sure if I had asked the staff would have been attentive in getting this fixed.

overall good hotel near Taksim Square

I wouldn't call it a hotel, it consisted of about 10 small rooms, but it has all the amenities you could get for that price. The staff was very nice people, they would address our concerns immediately. I couldn't find safety box in my room and I told them this was what I read over the internet. So they installed one in my room! They speak English fluently. I was shocked at first by seeing the quality of the hotel, but the nice and kind staff changed my attitude after two days. Plus, I heard many bad experiences with hotel in the same price range in Istanbul, that I felt I was lucky that everything went smoothly in Lemon Residence. The hotel is overall clean, comparing to city. The hotel was close to taksim square. If you don't have luggage, walk to the hotel from metro and avoid taxi drivers. Or, simply arrange a tax with hotel for pick up and drop off the airport. The service is really safe and cheap, comparing to taxi drivers. and payment is through hotel. The hotel is located near tourism attractions of Istkilal street. and you can hear the noises all the night. If you need a quiet place to sleep, don't count on this hotel, or decide not to bother yourself to go to bed. Next to the hotel, in a very narrow street, there are ALWAYS a group of men drinking tea and playing cards. They make noises, but make you feel safe when you pass that narrow alley at nights. what else? you can find grocery stores and liquor store close by. and free drinking water and coffee in hotel.
