This is our third time at Niles. We have traveled all over the world, and it is our favorite hotel. What makes Niles special is the personal touches and attention to detail. Staff is exemplary and helpful, and the breakfast is something to look forward to!

Clean rooms. Comfy beds. Strong water pressure and hot water. Split systems in each room added to comfort. Rooms are spacious. Staff was terrific and extremely helpful. Airport transfer they coordinated was so convenient, and luxurious.

The property was in a good location and the staff was very helpful. They welcomed us with apple tea upon arrival and helped us book out airport transfers to and from the hotel. The hotel room was clean and functional and the breakfast was tasty. I would stay here again!

Niles Hotel is a joy. Lots of lovely surprises await you. Staff are exceptional. Rooms perfect. View from the roof garden very nice. Breakfast excellent. Served in roof garden. Location is very good. Near to Grand Bazaar. Lots of fun shopping around and good restaurants. Manager, Ozan, is superb. This hotel is very highly recommended for very good value and a most enjoyable stay.

Good location and decorated with local personality, but what makes this hotel special is the manager, the staff and their helpfulness. We arrived very early off a cruise and expected to simply be able to drop off our bags. However, as our room was available, we were able to check in and freshen up, and was even offered breakfast. The hotel also helped us clear up some confusion with a local tour operator, and even gave us snacks for the road when we left for a very early flight.

A very pleasant stay with helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are extremely small (tiny TV) and somewhat dated but the bathroom was clean. Very pleasant rooftop dining and breakfast was very good. A quiet area but walkable to all major sights. Would recommend for a pleasant budget hotel with excellent and accommodating staff.

This family owned hotel is quaint and charming. It has a lot of special character. Hotel staff were all amazing and helpful, especially the owner. Room was uniquely appointed and very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and updated. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was really great with beautiful views. Price was very reasonable. Easy to get around old town with location to Metro.

Best kept secret in all of Istanbul Turkey, lovely boutique hotel, owner always on staff to greet you and make sure everything is to your liking. Too bad Eggi is now in a sister hotel other wise it would have been perfect. Egg was a great addition to the perfect stay, missed him this time Excellent choice in the center of everything

From the moment we entered, we were warmly welcomed. There was a small gift in the room and another on leaving. A nice touch. The staff on the front desk and bar/breakfast staff were always friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to please us with advice and recommendations, as well as cheerful comments. The room was always clean. A larger quilt would have been nice on the bed, but I'm sure if we'd asked, they would have given us an extra one. The hotel is 5 minutes from the tram and Grand Bazaar. The hotel recommended the Istanbul Museum Pass and the Istanbulkart for travel. We purchased both and made good use of them! Really useful information. Istanbul is very hilly and the traffic was terrible, but we found the hotel and staff charming. We would definitely recommend them.
