The room was very quiet and comfortable, great shower and the building seemed new and well maintained. The staff were very polite and extremely helpful throughout the entire time. The location is great, right at a very quiet road but with lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. We stayed at Novotel Bomonti for 7 nights and we had the best experience.

Olumlu Yanları: Eşimle birlikte iki gece konakladık ve genel olarak karmaşık bir deneyim yaşadık. Otelin en büyük avantajı kesinlikle otoparkı. İstanbul'un merkezinde yer sorunu yaşatmayan ve tamamen ücretsiz olan bir otoparka sahip olması tercih sebebimizdi. Resepsiyondaki karşılama oldukça hoş ve nazikti. Oda genel olarak konforlu; yataklar oldukça rahat ve büyük ekran bir TV bulunuyor. Temizlik konusunda "mükemmel" diyemesem de standartları karşılıyor, fena değildi. Olumsuz Yanları ve Kahvaltı: Konaklamayı kahvaltı dahil aldığım için oldukça pişmanım. 5 yıldızlı bir otel için kahvaltı maalesef vasatın altındaydı. Hamur işleri tazelikten uzaktı, sanki önceki günden kalmış gibi bir yapıdaydı. Peynir çeşitleri idare etse de genel kalite beklentimin çok altında kaldı. Ortam Hakkında Not: Restoran bölümündeki atmosfer beni oldukça rahatsız etti. Kahvaltı salonunda saç ekimi veya estetik operasyon sonrası bandajlı/sargılı çok fazla misafir vardı. Otelin hastanelerle anlaşması olabilir ancak bu durum restoranın bir otel mutfağından ziyade hastane kantini gibi görünmesine neden oluyor. Görsel olarak bu durumdan hoşlanmadığımı belirtmek isterim. Özet: Otopark ve oda konforu için tercih edilebilir ancak kahvaltı beklentinizi düşük tutmanızı öneririm.

Otel genel olarak oldukça temizdi ve yeni olduğu hemen hissediliyordu. Erken giriş konusunda bize yardımcı olmaları çok memnun ediciydi. Çalışanların tamamı son derece saygılı ve efendi bir yaklaşıma sahipti. Özellikle Emre Bey’in ilgisi ve güler yüzü için ayrıca teşekkür etmek isterim. Bununla birlikte, yastıklar maalesef çok konforlu değildi, daha rahat yastık seçenekleri sunulmasını tavsiye ederim. Ayrıca tuvaletin tasarımı da kullanım açısından biraz daha konforlu olabilirdi. İstersen tonu biraz daha kısa, daha resmi ya da daha samimi olacak şekilde de yeniden düzenleyebilirim.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Novotel Istanbul Bomonti rundum genossen. Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine moderne Ausstattung, die großzügigen und äußerst sauberen Zimmer sowie ein stilvolles Ambiente, das sofort ein Gefühl von Komfort vermittelt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und professionelle Personal, das jederzeit hilfsbereit war und unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Das Frühstück war vielfältig, frisch und von hoher Qualität – ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist ideal: ruhig, aber dennoch zentral genug, um die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten Istanbuls schnell zu erreichen. Alles in allem ist es ein hervorragendes Hotel, das wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt! Ein besonderer Dank gilt den Mitarbeitern Furkan und Akın an der Rezeption sowie Ahmet, der uns immer leckeren Kaffee zubereitet hat.

Here is a smoother, more coherent, and more polished version: ⸻ We had a truly lovely stay at Novotel Bomonti. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. A special thank you to Seraf, Emre, and Izzet for their kindness and helpfulness throughout our stay. Their professionalism and warm attitude really stood out. The food was delicious and the hotel clearly pays attention to every detail. Our room was spotless, very comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the city, which my mom especially enjoyed. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm, elegant, and well maintained. The only small inconvenience was that the pool was closed for maintenance, so we were not able to use it. Other than that, everything exceeded our expectations. My mom and I genuinely had a great time here, and we will definitely be choosing Novotel Bomonti again for our next trip to Istanbul. Highly recommended.
