No two ways about it. You will either love Punto Suite or you will hate it. There are no middle grounds. I liked Punto. My wife didn’t. What she did not realize is that central Istanbul is an old and unless you want to pay $300-$400 a night, you are going to get an older hotel. We both however agreed on one thing. Our room, although old and slightly tacky, was immaculately clean. My wife was disappointed by the neighborhood (which in all honesty is lower end of Taksim), I saw the potential and the newly renovated boutique hotels and the many places to eat a good meal. Punto is only an 8 minutes walk from the airport bus stops. In the end they provided a clean and comfortable stay for us.

A rare find in Taksim square

Amazing little hotel, across new Taksim mosque. Walking distance to Havaist bus stop. Room was complete with a cute kitchen. Miss Sabrina was very helpful in every way. She help us get a pcr test, calling taxis etc.. will come back again.

C’est un hôtel excellent, le personnel est à l’écoute et serviable. Sabrina, la gérante, est une personne agréable et à l’écoute. La chambre était confortable. N’hésitez pas si vous cherchez un hôtel dans un bon quartier (il est super bien situé, vers la place Taksim), calme et avec un personnel aux petits soins. Merci à eux.
