I love this hotel is very clean service very good. I would recommend it as seven stars not because of the location because of the service the helpdesk cause they’re very helpful. I will recommend it again hundred percent thanks for everybody. Help us when we was there if I go back to Istanbul I will go back to them and make reservation with them.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and tidy. You couldn't hear the other rooms much allowed for peaceful relax. Staff held onto my bags in the lobby on my checkout day so I could still enjoy the last day. Had a small issues where the heat turned up to 26°c and couldn't adjust the thermostat but only happened on the last day so wasnt a problem really. All in all very happy with my stay

Hotel was clean and the overall location was good. However it’s on an uphill so bear that in mind you need to be going a-lot of uphill walking and also the area around has a few car mechanics. We requested two single beds which they agreed but on arrival we didn’t get that but they sorted it the next day after sending the confirmation to them.

Nice a

The hotel is very clean and Mustafa in the reception was very helpful. The location is good but it’s hard to reach the Taksim square on foot because of the uphill streets.

The hotel is very pleasant - for this price it’s a really good deal, and the location is close to the city center and many activities. The staff are wonderful and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The only downside is that leaving the hotel on foot is a bit inconvenient, as you have to walk along the roadway. Also, it would be great if the café on the second floor could be open for guests, since it is currently closed to outsiders.

Clean room, nice staff. The only noticeable issue was the location, as it was quite far from Taksim. Other than that, everything was amazing.
