This property is a new construction and the service was impeccable. It is exactly what you would expect from a brand new hotel. The room and bathroom was clean and modern. The staff were all extremely friendly (as were all the locals). I booked a one bedroom suite and the hotel gave me a rollaway bed and made up the couch for my toddlers. I would definitely recommend staying at this property. It was a $10-$15 Uber ride to all the tourist attractions. Definitely a great stay.

Really worth to stay for 1-7 days , close to the famous roasters Espresoo Lab, by foot 5 minutes. Rooms are perfectly styled and sure mega clean. Congrats to Radisson. Brand new hotel .

It is a very recent opening by Radisson, conveniently located by E-5 road and just a few min on foot from Merter subway station. The rooms are awesome, service was very professional and friendly. The only concern should be adressed by the cleaning as we found dusty foot prints (from a cleaner's shoes presumably) in the bathrooms of the both rooms offered. The restaurant's food was tasty and very reasonably priced. We would expect more variosity at breakfast,though. It was quite modest compared with other 5 star propertities in Istanbul. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

They were so kind and humble to care for our place, each and every day. Bringing the newest sheets and best room replenishments I've seen in Türkiye so far. Big thank you to Zeynep, Tuğba, and all others that supported during our stay. On a daily basis, we were greeted by kind, smiley and generous staff at the front desk. Huge thank you to Safiye who was the kind young woman that assisted us from day one, until the end. Kübra, and many of the other staff alike. Elif in the gym, the women and men who check in to help with all amenities of fitness and the pool, were very kind and supportive. Every visit. Each and every single individual made it the best experience ever, and this location absolutely lives up to it's standard as a Radisson Hospitality hub, owning up to the Carlson name and legacy. The staff here should be very well observed to be given the best treatment, benefits, and highest of raises. They all truly deserve it with grace. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. we stayed here for 6 nights, staff at the front desk is not helpful and also they do not know about the area and transportation, usually front desk staff is fully trained about the area, around the property area is heavily polluted, property is located on a major road and behind the building has rail tracks so its very noisy on both sides as we tried rooms on both sides and you can hear the noise, property is far from all attractions if you are using public transportation, dinning options are very limited and over priced, breakfast has more variety of sauces than the actual food, also as an example a small can of pop they are charging 140 lira which is 5.40 CAD. we wont be staying here again and would consider other options

Hotel is new they are still not organized most of employees don’t speak good English the manager is very rude he even didn’t want to talk to me , I arrived to my room at 7 pm since morning I left and it’s still not cleaned and when I arrived they suggested to only change towels Also the breakfast is not as should be very minimum,, oh and the food menu prices are not same I order pizza for 300TL but the invoice came for 570 TL and they wrote me by hand the tip is 900 ..
