Aircondition was not working. Was provided portable unit but water started leaking and floor got wet. Staff tried to help in whatever they could. Staff need more training. Hotel otherwise is not bad

This was my second visit to ramada. I am so despondent about theare memegnent. Room i had witch is bathroom was stuck something i have no idea. Bad smell was coming to room. I went to the desk .i explained them. After all girl say theare is no plumber in house. She cant help me. Well i said change the room She was quite unhappy abt the change room. After she cahnge the room . It was quite arguments.

Uitstekend verblijf bij Ramada Hotel! Ik heb een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad in het Ramada Hotel. Het personeel verdient een dikke pluim: ontzettend vriendelijk en altijd bereid om dat beetje extra te doen. Je voelt je echt welkom vanaf het moment dat je binnenkomt. De kamers zijn comfortabel en goed geïsoleerd, wat zorgt voor een stille en ontspannen nachtrust. Alles was netjes en verzorgd. Een kleine suggestie zou zijn om de föhn te vervangen voor een moderner model, maar dat is echt het enige puntje van aandacht. Ook erg handig: er is altijd plek in de parkeergarage, wat het verblijf extra zorgeloos maakt. Al met al ben ik super tevreden en kom ik hier zeker terug!

Expedia map showed this property within walking distance of the historical district. It was actually located 30 minutes by taxi away. While I was staying there some one with access to my room went thru all my luggage and stole about 30-40 dollars worth of various foreign currency. I definitely would not recommend this property.

It’s old poor rooms I don’t think it’s 5 star , the breakfast for 15 days the same kind & quality I don’t recommend to use this hotel again . In future I will try to find better hotel .
