The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms, pools, lobby and dining room was very clean and tidy, staff smiling and welcoming all the times. Over all had best stay at Istanbul.

We stayed up to 6 night, the room, pool and in general all hotel very clean. The staff very polite, friendly and helpful. I didn’t feel I am at the hotel, feels like in home. It was nice stay in Istanbul.

The hotel was pleasant enough but quite dated. The decor is beige and again dated springs to mind, room facilities are basic there are no usb ports, no plug for the bath, no iron and ironing board in the room, it lacks finishing touches. The spa was closed but this was not made clear prior to booking. On the positive side staff servicing the room were very pleasant and considerate and the room cleanliness was of a high standard.

Your Three Star hotel with 1 star breakfast buffet

This is a budget three star hotel at best. The breakfast honestly is dismal...I think we paid 15 euros each but such few options. I would be interested to hear what others make of their breakfast buffet. The worse i have experienced in any hotel i have stayed.

Başta kötü yorumlardan etkilenip iptal etmeyi planlamıştım ancak otele gittiğimde iyi bir ambiyans ile karşılaştım, anladığım kadarıyla otel eski bir otel ancak yenilenmiş gibi görünüyor fakat duvarlar çok ses geçiriyor, yan odada konaklayan ailenin telefonunun klavye sesini dahi duyabiliyordum ve diğer odada sürekli ağlayan bir çocuk vardı, saatlerce ağladı. Duvarların ses geçirgenliği dışında kötü bir deneyim yaşadığımı söyleyemem.
