"The room is clean and the bathroom except shower room is very small. Water pressure is very good. Comfortable bed, clean towels and beddings, very good breakfast, very nice staff especially Kaan. Carpet on the stairs needs cleaning or be replaced. It is very inconvenient for me to go out and back to the hotel because of the hilly road. "

"A great base for exploring Istanbul in a good central location. I even had a view of the Bosphorus! I was able to walk comfortably to most of the places I wanted to go and the ferry stops aren't too far away. The local area is quite lively, with plenty of excellent food options from morning to night. I didn't find it a problem as I am a heavy sleeper, but the late night music played in the bars may not suit some people. I would definitely consider staying again if I come back to Istanbul!"

"We arrived to a room that looked like it had been cleaned some time ago, the pillow had a dead bug on it and the floor looked to have dirt on it. We also found a big on one of our towels. The room was small and mattress did not feel good quality. We complained and the staff showed us alternative rooms which also had dirty floors like as if they had not been hoovered. We asked for a room to be cleaned that day. We then got an upgraded room which considering the hotel was not busy it would’ve been...
