At the reception I was treat very well by most of the staff .. including Stefany that was really helpful. But a woman at the reception hang the phone on my face after I made a complain. Totally absurd. I have never passed through such a thing… The hotel has problems, I could list a few ones… but will not was my time. I would not come back there. At the same time that I unfortunately encountered one very bad employee, they have some very good ones.

The pool and restaurant were nice but the rooms are like sleeping in a small square box and their were more bugs in my room than I saw outside. Major construction going on next door.

É uma boa Pousada, próxima a Praia das Conchas e a rua principal. Já os amenities oferecidos para banho ( Shampoo, Sabonete e Condicionadores), poderiam ser melhorados nas fragrâncias disponibiliizadas. O restante foi muito bom quanto ao atendimento e limpeza dos quartos, café da manhã e atendimento no bar da piscina!
