We had the most amazing stay at Kove! The team their made it even more so , especially Nancy and Poliana who looked after us from the moment we walked through the door. We felt well and truly spoilt , the rooms are beautiful and the food is the best we had on the island , can't recommend this hotel any more !

Quaint old property. Our room was in an alley but fairly quiet as the property is located on a very busy intersection. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had fish and chips in the restaurant which was very good. No air conditioning but they did provide a fan.

The staff were exceptionally kind. They went out of their way to allow early arrival to our room, help to coordinate taxi to cruise ship, assist with train information, and complimentary breakfast was lovely. Also enjoyed fish and chips and wine! Lovely stay.

We enjoyed our stay for one night, the room was clean and the bar was great and staff really friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The only slight negative was the weather was really hot and the rooms are not air conditioned, which we knew when booking but it may have helped if there was a fan in the room. I would definitely stay there again!!

There was lots of parking out the front which was easy to find. The check in was really quick and helpful with the staff being friendly and informative. Our room was small but was neat and tidy. There was tea & coffee in the room and complimentary bottles of water which was a nice touch. The bedding was clean although the pillows were thin and appeared very old. The bathroom was clean and had some complimentary toiletries and fresh towels. There was minimal noise overnight. There was a big television in the room if we wanted to use it. Breakfast was disappointing as the hotel is advertised as being ‘breakfast included’. This was a big reason why we chose this hotel over others, to stay as we had a long forward journey after we checked out. The breakfast was 2 cereal choices, minimal tea & coffee option. There was some questionable ham and cheese on the sideboard but nothing to go with it. The host asked if we wanted some toast, however there was an unpleasant smell in the dining room and due to the lack of breakfast items, basic condiments and selection, we declined the toast. The hotel itself was fine for the one night stay that we required. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was massively deceiving and somewhat ruined the stay as we had to find it elsewhere.

Nice room but not the cleanest floor. No food served on Monday night, we ended up at a very nice Indian restaurant a minute away but there were a lot of rooms occupied so we thought food would be served in the pub. Mediocre breakfast. Staff moaned about each other loudly as we were eating breakfast so clearly some issues here. Most upsetting was that I accidentally left my toiletry bag behind. I called to ask about it and was told the manager would be made aware so they could speak to housekeeping. Heard nothing back so tried again a couple of days later and had the same response but no one came back to me. My fault I left it but most places I stay would at least have made some effort to track it down and let me know the outcome. I wanted to support a small local business instead of big chain hotels in the area but now regretting not having paid £20 extra for one of them.
