Iwol, Daegu hotel rooms at the Independent

"The hotel was really close to the metro station. Check in process was easy. Communication in English was good. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room. It was so much bigger than I thought it would be. The room was clean and warm. The surrounding area was really nice as well"

There is not a lot of extra floor/counter space and we were bumping furniture occasionally while moving around the room but still found the layout adequate enough to accommodate two adults comfortably. "2nd stay here, same room. Really great overall. 1st stay, you could watch tv from the hot tub and this time it was walled off. Not sure the reason for that but certainly not a deal breaker. Still my favorite in this area."

"Unbelievably uncomfortable bedding. Why the heck do they put a thick waterproof sheet underneath of the mattress sheet. Probably this hotel is used for nasty sexual activities. If you are into those things like calling hookers over go for it. Otherwise Just f’ing eww… "
