Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, spacious and quiet room. Fast check-in. There is a nice pool, but unfortunately it only opens at 11am. It would have been nice to be able to have a swim before breakfast. Breakfast itself was very good for international standards, but from a Turkish hotel (- Turkish breakfast is famous for a reason! -) I would have expected a bit more variety. Overall, a pleasant stay and I would use the hotel again.

I had to cut my trip short because they did not tell us there is a building site next door and the sound and dust was terrible. They refused to even give a refund and instead of staying the full week I stayed only few days and left. There was towels placed in front of the main entrance there is no way to take your luggage up the main stairs if your handicapped.

This hotel did not meet our expectations, there were many issues that certainly could be improved to make the guests' experience better. -To start the parking situation is a joke, the "valet" attendants were rarely available either when we walked by or when we needed them. Parking is not on site, it's across the street at a parking garage and it costs 150TL per day. -The room was ok, the bed was fine but the shower/tub leaked water even after we were done showering. -The pool is a nice bonus but you have to have a swimming cap if you want to swim or you can buy one from the attendant for 150TL. -The gym is non-existent, it's literally a few cardio machines tucked in the back area by the pool showers. -The spa is also non-existent, there is no spa. -Breakfast was average, yes they do offer several egg options (scrambled, omelet, hard boiled) but these were always cold except for the hard boiled eggs. -The coffee served during breakfast is filtered coffee and it's very weak. There's actually an espresso machine at the bar but they don't even offer this coffee option, not even at an extra cost. -The breakfast was supposed to start at 7am but the setup was rarely entirely ready by that time.

Das Hotel liegt zentral zu fast allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und nur 15 km vom Flughafen entfernt. Der Pool war sauber und groß genug um darin zu schwimmen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Die Zimmer sind groß. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption.

Girişte otopark olmadığı söylendi sabah 07:30:- aracınıza ceza yazılır denildi. Çıkarken oda kontrolü için bekleyeceksiniz diyor resepsiyon. Mini Bar kullanmadığımı söylediğim halde. Kendilerini basmanede 1 liralık otellerle bir tutuyorlar. Bunun ayıp olduğunu söyledim. Sistemde ödeme bilgilerimiz kayıtlı üstelik. Tam bir rezalet durum.

Tolle Erfahrung! Ich war für drei Nächte in diesem Hotel] und die Erfahrung war mehr als ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, und die Dienstleistungen waren rund um die Uhr verfügbar. Die Lage ist besonders und in der Nähe aller wichtigen Orte, und das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und köstlich. Ich empfehle es sehr und werde ohne zu zögern wiederkommen, um darin zu übernachten!

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Odanın büyüklüğü iyi. Ancak havluların temizliğinde daha çok dikkat edilmesi gerekiyor, kahvaltıdaki ürünlerin bazılarının tadı iyi değildi. Otelin yapabileceği bir şey olmamasına rağmen yakınlardaki inşaat gürültüsü de bazen rahatsız edici olabiliyor.

Inside rooms are very quiet, but you can't open the window and the airconditioning might be set for a different mode for the season. It was uncomfortable warm. A/C was in heating mode only. The hotel really tried to make us comfortable though. Outside facing rooms were more comfortable because of opening windows, however they were very noisy, even with the windows closed.

Sadece 1 gece sadece uyumak için kaldım fakat mümkün olmadı bütün şehrin gürültüsü odadaydı. Otopark var yazıyor fakat ücretli bırakıyorlar çalışanlar taksi bile çağırmanın yasak olduğunu söyledi kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.
