"Breakfast buffet is outstanding. Coffee machines need to be looked into - replaced. On the last day, I had a decent cappuccino. Dinner and lunch buffets are great as well, made more enjoyable due to people like Muskan, Abhilash, Deepak Shivam etc. In the other restaurant Varun, except for one person, Madhina, others don’t seem to smile at all. Need to learn to smile and be hospitable. Concierge position is stressful and it is in this hotel. Akansha did a decent job on the only day she was there. The other lady Nishita looked stressed. Handling Two cell phones and a landline is not easy. You need to have two people at that desk. One to coordinate with drivers and another to handle reservations and customers. Manish should be there. "Far from Viswanath temple, transportation is expensive. When accepting reservations from Expedia, they should honor international cards during checkout. Continental breakfast is not continental .. Stayed for 4 nights, no courtesy to provide fresh towels ( don’t ask don’t provide policy). Do not prefer to stay again. "

"While the room, staff, food & comfort were good, there were several power failures, & the steps up to the hotel were dangerous especially when it rained & there was no handrail for support. "
