“This property has an incredible view of the volcano and the most amazing trails right on the property. The property is full of wildlife, and we were able to watch spider monkeys swinging from the trees from the balcony of our room, as well as watch a variety of native birds and other native creatures without going anywhere else. “I found the staff to be very rigid with any additional requests. I was expecting a traditional bacon and eggs, but it was more like bologna bacon / guess it’s cheaper to feed guests. The butter was spoiled and expired the same month. It was orange and had a weird taste, and the staff would not help in supplying butter even an additional cost. “There are 2 parts to this review. First the property is amazing, set in beautiful grounds with clearly marked trails and lots of birds and wildlife. All the staff are really helpful and clearly passionate about the location they work in.
