What was advertised for this property was not what it actually was. There were no amenities in the room, no WIFI no TV. When I entered the cabin it smelled musty. The room was filthy thick dust everywhere, the sheets smelled, the bathroom was dirty and stained from years of use. When I lodged a complaint about it the woman at the desk didn't seem to care and wanted full payment for a dirty smelly room that I couldn't sleep in, They offered horseback riding, but they didn't clean up after the horses. There were piles everywhere, you really needed to watch where you step. I would not recommend this place, they didn't care that it was dirty or that the amenities promised were not available. Not worth the over $300 for it.

property description very misleading, rooms were not clean, only one restaurant on location, doors would not lock, flies everywhere, nothing was as described. we would not recommend this place, it’s a tourist trap. Do not rent this place, needs major upkeep.

Horrible! Unfriendly from the minute we stepped on the property. Room was dusty and unkempt. Electrical plugs unworkable. You stay there at their convenience not yours! Ask for ice and it was only if you brought your own cup. No ask how was your stay upon leaving because they KNEW it was horrible!!!!

The office staff were very kind and friendly but do NOT expect the same in the restaurant!! The guy was NOT friendly to the point we walked out because we felt we were disturbing him doing NOTHING. We stayed one night. The bed was comfortable. The only amenities were shampoo, condition,soap and hair dryer. The bathroom shower was not clean. I pulled a hairball off the drain. No coffee or coffee pot was offered because that is a fire hazard but the had a blow dryer plugged in for guest. No TV in the room either.

I just discovered I only have 1500 characters. Although quick, unfriendly and impersonal checkin (no, it was not busy). Arrival to my room, the door was unlocked - bathroom was dirty (garbage in can, hair in and around sink, no towels, shower wet). I returned and was told that she would send housekeeping right over. (After 20 minutes, I had to go to an appt, locked it and headed out) Upon my return 3 hours later, door wide open, man in bathroom saying he was housekeeping. (Hair still in sink, btw). No phone or cell service so couldn't call... and didn't want to walk across road that late (disablity)... NOT ADA by the way! Bedding had debris in the sheets. Stained sheets. I BROUGHT MY SLEEPING BAG IN FROM THE CAR because it was too dirty... looked like rice or worms on the fitted sheet. Rug had grass (won't guess what else as it is a "dude ranch") Floors, unswept. No smoke detector, no deadbolt, no secure windows (top window came down every time I tried to lock it), flies everywhere, broken window pane, screen dangling, no fan, no ammenities (like kleenex or anything for ice), window so dirty couldn't see out of it, toilet paper stufffed in holes in logs/wood, and the list goes on. The "lobby" had wrapped mounted elk head on the floor, carpets, lopsided table, dust covered. At check out, I mentioned it and didn't get any response - except a receipt for over $200. The place was beautiful in the past - but they must have had people who cared. THIS IS A NO GO

Pros: clean and comfortable bed, strong and working shower. Cons: room hadn't been vacuumed, the sink and tub appeared not to have been cleaned, dust was everywhere. There were no cups, no soap. The blinds were broken, the carpet had a tear in it, there was a big crack above the outdoor door, dead bugs in corners, used water bottle under bed. Internet had one bar and kept kicking us off. Weak phone signal. For the cost, this was a bad deal. They may do horse trips, etc well, we didn't use any of those services.

We arrived when a wildfire started. We are not local and were very uncomfortable with the situation when a raging wild fire was 30 miles away according to the staff. The registration people were unhelpful and lacked basic concern for the welfare of the customers and were dismissive of our worries. Not people to rely on.

Awesome view of Buffalo creek and the Tetons. Our room was spacious. A friendly cat came to visit us. We saw a red fox. The rooms have no AC. Other visitors complained about the heat also.

The gentlemen at check in was so helpful and nice. My husband had been fishing in Jackson for 4 days and hadn't caught a fish... he was nice enough to give us a lead and lo and behold my husband caught 2! He was so happy! Made our trip to Wyoming so much better :-) Thank you! I enjoyed the Ranch morning push as well, Made my trip! The entire reason why I chose Heart 6 for one of my nights the 7 we were there.

This was such an amazing property with beautiful horses, rustic decor and a spectacular view! I will say, box fans would be a great investment for the rooms without window screens for the occasional heat wave that comes through😉

We had to leave this ranch early for medical reasons which were exasperated by the unusual high temperatures and no air conditioning. It looked like a fun place in a beautiful setting. The staff was very kind.

This is a unique property for those that want to get away from the normal motel in the city. Very nice if you want to do a trail ride with the Heart 6. Quaint accommodations but manageable. Much cheaper than Jackson.
