“The Hampton Inn in Chelsea was cheaply renovated with the pool room not done. No toaster in the breakfast room because one was on order. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Had to stop the cleaning lady twice for towels and room supplies. Don’t recommend.”
“Only issue was the staff couldn’t figure out how to print a receipt or run a credit card for purchases at the restaurant. This makes things complicated for an expense report.”
“Overall, we did had a good stay. We did have one issue--the pullout couch's mattress cover had blood on it and another "mystery" stain--but the front desk gave us a new cover. Also, some minor repairs/touchups need to be done in the bathroom, but nothing critical. The other areas of the room were clean and general well maintained. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“The overall condition of the building was good. I never expect much from the breakfast offerings and this hotel did not change my mind. This hotel's offerings were meager at best, I settled for a banana and called it a day. The room was in good condition and roomy but the pillows were by far the "worst" I have ever had to endure. Finally they might wany to consider having a housekeep superviser do a quick check of the room before letting a guest occupy it. The toilet was "dirity" that's all I'll...
