The room I stayed in was not well taken care of. The bathtub was dirty and the paint was pealing. Exterior was dirty and had cigarette buds all over. I had no issues with keeping my dog in the room with me.

I must say it was one of the most beautiful room I stayed in so far this year, I feel it was a great stay and had a great host nice breakfast the next morning. Very quiet and peaceful anything I needed was walking distance nice area.

Minus the cold weather the trip was definitely pleasant shout to the location the up keep was fine the staff was kind and courteous the check in and check out was efficient only thing I would say is get the key card pad fixed on the main entrance cause when I got stuck outside in the cold that was funny but not cool but the night desk worker was friendly we both laughed bout it

People live here and you get what you get with that. When we checked in, there were a couple of russian guys at the front desk checking in with "escorts". The hallway to our room smelt like straight pot. The bed was awful and i slept in the recliner for the two nights we were there. The staff was very understanding and friendly and gave me a partial refund for the inconvenience. The parking lot needed a good cleaning and people had their laundry out on their cars overnight. Lots of food choices nearby

We came to Jacksonville to go to WasabiCon. It was my husband, daughter, and myself. The room was spacious. Had a full size fridge. The only thing was the king size mattress was hard, so it was uncomfortable to sleep on.
