I like the area and the quietness.I didn’t like the fact that the tub had hair in it,the toilet wasn't clean,the room smell old,mushy and stink(Had to keep spraying lysol),the sheet was a lil dirty,the microwave was stink when you heat something in it,they didn’t had towels the next day in the am(Telling me I've to wait till the next day).What hotel does that?The girl in the am was nice.I think her name is Paula.The one @ night had a attitude.I think her name might be Nicole.The night girl told me about the towels.Telling me only Pool towels she've.An didn’t even offer to give me and my party none.One of the ladies ask my dad if he staying their and what room number.Boy she lucky I wasn't their.It had other people(White & Spanish)and didn’t ask them their room number or if they staying their. We pay our money like anyone else.An had 5 rooms for our party.I'm a manager for years @ Marriott so I know how it supports to be. Marriott close to the hotel was out of rooms that’s why I stay here.An I don’t know why I've to wait 6 days to get my deposit 😔 😟 🙁 😠 😡.All 3 ladies give me different days.One said Mon.(I was their from Fri.-Sun.),the other one said 3 to 4 days and the last one said 6 days.

BEWARE!!! Disappointed!!!. I checked my bank statement. Found out I was charged $400 extra after I paid online with Expedia. My stay was awesome ! The place is nice. However, I just called to get the managers name. The young lady refused. She also tried to tell me that yes a mistake was made on their end. But, disputed the amount. It’s sad that I spent my hard earned money with this establishment that won’t even disclose the managers name . While there at the hotel I noticed that it appears to be family owned. BEWARE!!! Check your BANK statement if you stay there!! Someone is being real slick unfortunately!!! I’m filing fraudulent charges in the morning with my bank. Disappointed!!! Such a nice place . Poor customer service!!!

Overall a good experience. The entrance door that was next to the parking area was not working while I was there (3 days 2 nights). Front desk said it had to do with the batteries in card reader. It should be fixed as it’s extremely difficult for disabled people.
