"While the property was nice, the desk manager that we encountered was so incredibly rude, condescending and unprofessional, gave us the absolute runaround and would not allow us to check in at 3:20pm when check-in is at 3. He stated our room was not ready, he had no idea when it would be ready, and would not give an inkling as to when we should return to check in. My family, including active military back stateside from overseas, planned a nice weekend at the beach… which was ruined by the staff at this hotel. So unfortunate. The staff can completely ruin an experience. I’ve never had an issue with Hilton hotels in the past but I will never stay at a Hilton again after this. This experience is also something I have share with all our military connections such as Blue Star Families, Parent groups, the local VA and other affiliates of our military veterans. I do not care how “nice” or “fancy” your hotel is, the staff should know and do better. Especially for being charged $750 for a 2 night stay at a Hampton Inn. Never again will we use Hilton."

"The hotel was so nice and clean and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We stopped there “impromptu”because we were heading home from Disney and the children were tired so we planned to stay one night before heading home but we were so impressed with the staff and the area we decided to make a weekend of it before traveling the rest of way home!"

"I chose this hotel because I had been on the road for quite a few hours and I wanted to sit at a bar and have a drink. The very first photo of their hotel is their bar and that’s why I chose it. Nothing on Expedia said anything about the hotel being under construction and unfortunately, there was no bar to sit at. I didn’t mind the dust so much but again it wasn’t listed that it was under construction. I believe it’s gonna be a beautiful hotel once its all done though."

"Very clean, and attention to detail. I loved walking into towel animals; it reminded me of the time I was on a cruise ship and immediately cheered me up. Breakfast was great too, and shuttles to Mayo are amazing. Although I didn't use it, knowing it was an option was nice to know."

"Pool is great. They don’t clean rooms daily like they use to but you could ask for it and they took care of it. Convenient to the beach. Love the area."

"Being charged for parking 15.00 a night plus they taxed 2.26 taxes with the parking Was not aware of the parking fee and I feel it was unreasonable to pay for parking especially the rate they charged. Will never stay there again."
