Great stay

Made a last minute reservation as our original hotel was bug infested. The Ramada was fairly priced. The check in clerk was very friemdly amd quick to get us in our room. The room was clean and comfortable overall. Even though the hotel is doing some remodeling, it was overall a very great stay.

Nice little stay

This was a nice little stay, kinda tucked away but not too far from a bunch of stuff and food. The renovations didn't make any bothersome noise and what has been finished looks beautiful. The room itself was comfortable minus it was difficult to change the temp so it stayed 68/69. The service was really friendly at the front desk which was wonderful. :)

Clean and comfortable room. However there is a nightclub/restaurant on the property that brought an interesting crowd. There were many people just hanging out for hours in the parking lot. When I went to grab something at the convenience store, I walked past a man urinating against the building between two cars.

We had a shut down ( no power on Saturday night til Sunday morning around 0500 am). Staff was nice, rooms & hallway old. No lights in my room. I have a lot to say, but like the area everything is closed by!

Okay stay

The rooms are older, and I wasn’t having a problem with it. Bed was comfortable. It looked clean. The only problem I seem to have had was there were no towels in the room and when I called to go ahead and get them delivered, there was no answer and so I had to walk up to the front desk and I had to wait, which was not a problem but the girl that was bringing me my towels or the front desk, girl Was not exactly the most friendly and helpful

While the external areas of the hotel, and the lobby were clean and beautiful, the hallways and rooms were lacking. Peeling wallpaper, and yellow tar leaking down the walls of the room was honestly disgusting. While we got an accessible room, the amenities that should have been there were lacking. There were no bars or seat in the shower to assist with balance in showering, and with how the shower was designed, the bathroom floor would end up soaked in water and become a slipping hazed. We had to purchase a non-slip mat for the shower just to ensure our own safety since the one shower wall was all glass and the fear of falling into it and it breaking was very real. On top of the rooms lack of cleanliness, the bathroom outlets were all broken, and one had a piece of an appliance plug stuck in it. The beds frames also would not lock, so no matter how you tried to get on a bed, it would shift and move along the wall. We also got no cleaning or fresh towels the entire week we were there, even though it stated they would be supplied every 3 days. We had to go to the front desk at one point to even get new toilet paper as we had run out. After this experience, I will not be staying at a Ramada ever again, as I have paid less for hotels and at least had a clean room and functional bathroom.

Says hotel is under construction. Air conditioner wasn’t doing its job and the room was very hot . customer service was great. Cleanliness was a thumbs down, A/C was struggling big time. The workers were great but we won’t be staying again.

I understand there was renovations going on, but I got a brownish green room compared to the stark white lobby/room photos on site. Very convenient and affordable for our road trip stop. However keep in mind if you’re staying on a weekend that there is a bar on the first floor and the lobby is open to attendees. Our room had a beautiful direct view of said party. Upon arrival 4 men on bikes and smoking, a bunch of drunk people outside, not very welcoming, we didn’t mind there wasn’t a problem with the actual guests so I really can’t complain about them it’s just something to be aware of especially if coming with kids.
