Staff were nice and courteous. Rooms were not clean—- trash bin was not empty, there was hair all over the desk chair. Shower was lacking one side of door which made it close to impossible to keep the bathroom floor clean. The bathroom stank upon entering it

We loved the space we had in our two bedroom unit! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel was close to the main interstates and convenient for visiting the areas on our vacation checklist. We will stay again on future trips.

The location was decent not much else great to say. All the grills by the pool were not working, the shower only has half a door and gets tons of water onto the floor, our room didn't have anything from the carpet to the tile in the bathroom and had nails popping up, the doors looked like they had mold on from all the water. 3 out of 4 of the Washing machines were out of order. Definitely needs some more upkeep. Having a full size fridge and the ice maker was nice. The air conditioning worked great.
