They did not provide the room I paid and book for. Got a Queen bed vs King bed. AC view vs River view that we paid more for. Dog barking outside on the floor. Asked to be changed and they could not assist as they had no other rooms. No compensation or credit. I made paid more for something that I never got. Staff was not helpful, paid for parking nothing done to try to resolve my situation. Terrible would not recommend. Kids IKEA style lamp in the room, bed broken on one side sunk in when sleeping. Not a good experience at all.

The property charged my debit card a safety deposit of $100 and did not tell me how long it will take for the money to be reimbursed back to my card, which is important for those of us who need to know daily how much is in our account. They need to tell visitors how much they are taking for security deposit and let the guest know exactly WHEN the money will be back on the card, rather than not telling the guest how much they were charging the card (2 charges of $50) and the lady did not say when the money would be back on the card. She barely spoke English so I could not have understood her if she had said how long it would take for the money to come back on the account. It has been 2 weeks and I still have not been reimbursed the $100 security deposit.
