The property was nice for a large family to stay. It fit our entire family which was nice but it’s not shiny new. Road noise at night is obnoxious but we were near the front. The photos make it look perfect but it’s not. The area around is kinda sketchy but it is Jaco Beach. The hotel is walking distance to the beach and the main strip. The staff was the best part of the property. They were super friendly and the activities director was amazing. I would stay at this property again given the cost we paid vs other name brand hotels / properties. Overall I enjoyed our stay but it was because of the people that worked there.

It really is a penthouse. Very beauitiful property. Great tour guides and very family friendly. Definitely coming back. Only issues were the water pressure and temperature but that is to be expected in costa rica. overall 10/10

Great place to stay. Close to everything. Felt very safe there and the service was excellent. The room had a few nicks and bumps, but nothing to really complain about. No laundry soap supplied, but was literally down the street and was affordable. I highly recommend.

Overall this property is family friendly and nice. Walkable from most party areas in Jaco. The only issue I had with is the maintenance. The bubblers in plunge were not working and hit water wasn’t working in couple of bathrooms. Even after multiple reminders and requests the property management failed to fix that.

I booked the Atlantic 6 Bedroom condo. It looked great on-line, but different in person. Furnishings within the suite were outdated, dirty, and in need of repair. The sofa and love seat are old and in need of replacement. The stove and toaster oven were dirty, rusted and also need to be replaced. The cleaning team came in daily and did an excellent job cleaning such a large space. The master suite (upstairs), jacuzzi was inoperable and along with the shower needs to be retiled/regrouted. When checking in, i was told that I could not have visitors, unless I listed them when checking in. I have to say, i have traveled the world and never had this constraint. It is common knowledge that any visitor must check in at the front desk and show identification. The person reserving the room is responsible for their conduct and any damages to the room. Other than the cleaning team mentioned above, i would also commend the baristas/wait staff and the cooks. The staff were always professional and courteous. The meals were delicious and well prepared. This team worked well together!

The in room jacuzzi did not work I spent 30 minutes trying to fill it and I just gave up. The hot water went off and on multiple times. Other wise everything was good.

This property was in top floor with AC either not working or poorly working to provide cooling air in summer. There was no practical way to live in this aprtment with that size of AC units. Even the workers over there were sweating in the room and mentioned that they asked owner to install bigger size unit but havent heard back. I had to change it immediately to another property. Expedia provided good service with making sure I get my refund.

The six bedroom penthouse suppose to be the best of the best at this location. I was a bit disappointed to say the least. The couch and loveseat is very outdated and in bad condition with horrible repairs. I didnt sit on either. We had some rain and water began to come thru the ceiling and three of the sliding doors. Looks as if previous coverup repairs were done. Breakfast was not bad. A few different options were available. Pool area is on the smaller side and gets crowded quickly so get down early to get a spot if you deserve to layout. Security does a great job preventing any outside guests from entering the location. Dont think I would return to this location on my return to Jaco unless penthouse upgrades and maintenance issues are handled.

Disappointed!!!

The unit is a very nice unit, there are many issues with it though. The couches are old leather and ripped in numerous places. The master bedroom, the ceiling fan does not work, the Jacuzzi on the master bathroom water will not run properly to fill up the tub. We rented unit because of that and could not enjoy a jacuzzi!!!! They have an industrial size fan in the living room, when you turn it on you can not hear each other speak because of the noise. Only a few parking spaces up front, if full you need to go across road to parking lot to park. It’s covered with small rocks, when we got our luggage néed to pull them thru the rocks, many issues!!!

My overall experience here was horrible. When we checked in they made us our he's another room that cost me an extra $100.00 because we had 9 people and the room slept 8. Alexandrea the Manager was out to scam anyone that was American. The 9 person we had with us was a 9year old boy who could have shared a bed with his 10 year old brother. And the worst part about the bed situation was Alexandrea the manager let a group of costa Rica bring in an air mattress and told our group we could. She is out to scam everyone she can. The penthouse we received was dirty and it looked like they were still under construction with paint droops on the stairway, wholes on the wall, and electrical wire hanging out uncapped. Oh and if you're a women don't take a shower because the window are so low and without curtains your whole upper half will show from your hips up reveling yourself to the whole hotel.
