Absolutely terrible. Booked online as I knew the area and the pool,gym and rooms all looked good. On arrival was informed that there is no pool or gym. The delux room was terrible so I paid to upgrade to a junior suite. This had broken air conditioning that they could not be bothered to fix. As breakfast was given a choice of Indonesia food or American, tried American that was ok as omelettes sausage and tomatoes. Next day ask for the same and got just omelettes as they said I had to pay cash for the rest. Hotel was actually a building site with power tools and hammers going at least 8 hours every day. I checked out a week early as it was too hot with no air con and noise was unbearable. Ask for a refund and the manager gave us a link, scam site, which attempted 5 times to extract money from my bank. Went back and got the upgrade refund but nothing for the room. Do not believe any photos and do not trust anyone.

We like the location of the hotel and the services, the staff were very accommodating and assisted us throughout our stay. We have been staying in the hotel frequently when visited Jakarta. However, there is no refrigerator in the room and ironing facility in the room (some travellers do really need these necessities) though laundry/ironing clothes can still be done with some charges. Overall the hotel is good for value and located very strategically to do some shopping, devouring on local and international food, get good coffee and easy to get cab!

ロケーションは良いが部屋のアメニティがいまいち？

事前情報で騒音が気になるとのクチコミが有り心配でしたが部屋が6階だとそれほど気にならず。近くに日本食スーパーやレストランがあるので食事やちょっとした買い物には非常に便利。朝食も種類は少ないが値段の割にはそこそこ良いほうかと。部屋は広く良かったですが照明が少しくらい。室内用のスリッパがないので靴で行かれる方は持参しないと床はタイル張りなので裸足だと冷たい。シャワーの時にシャンプーリンスは付いていないので持参する必要がある。またシャンプー等を置くトレイががないので床に置くしかな結構めんどくさい。トイレがシャワールームの奥に有るのでシャワーを使った後トイレに入ると床が濡れているので転倒等の注意が必要か？

ブロックMにあるので日本食には不自由しませんが、部屋は狭く、あまりきれいではありません。 朝食はご飯ものと煮込みなどが中心ですが、野菜があまりありません。 あえてリピートはしないと思います。

Wi-Fiは最強レベルで外出時もエアコンはONにできるが..

２階と３階はイベントホールやレストランなので宿泊階は４階からです ４階に宿泊しましたが 基本、どの部屋にも窓がありませんでした ※ 絵で書かれた窓はありますw 日光が入らないので、時間の感覚が狂います 朝日を浴びないと調子が悪くなる方にはおすすめ出来ません ロビーは素敵でフロントの人も親切なのですが部屋が今ひとつでした 浴室と部屋の隔たりが引き戸のガラス戸一枚なので安宿感がありました ただ、部屋のコンディションとして暑い中帰ってきても エアコンが常時起動可能なので部屋に入った瞬間でもヒヤッとしています エアコンの電源をOFFにしてもうっすら冷気が出ているので冷たいのが苦手な方には おすすめしません Wi-Fiは付近のホテルからすると最強レベルです 4MB程でしたが通常のブラウジングやゲームは快適でした 時折通信が出来ない事がありましたがそこはまぁ国の事情と言う事で ちなみに部屋の掃除には２～３人位できます

Dated, Dirty, and Overpriced

Dirty room (there's hairs on toilet seat and sink), building is dated, windows can't be opened, deluxe room doesn't look like in the picture at all, breakfast is so so. Wifi connection keeps dropping. Only pros: Location (near Blok M bus station), Staff are friendly
