I am delighted to offer the top rating because of many reasons. They gave my request for room allocation their full consideration. I slept very well, thanks to them. I liked the cleanliness of the room. The hotel manager is very customer friendly and considerate which made my stay at the hotel most pleasant. The hotel staff are always attentive to customer needs. The hotel is near the shopping and dining facility which is very convenient. When I make a trip to Jakarta, I can not think of any other hotel. I would like to convey my deepest appreciation to them.
