Staffs are absolutely kind and responsive. Room is enough to take a rest and do work. Very good location to visit other company and Ministries. But the gym facility is supposed to be renovated and invested, the current facilities are too old and out-of-maintenance. Pool is big enough, but it seems it need to be cleaned. In general, satisfied but some need to improve.

I guess this hotel believe that you are not suppose to demand for any standard when it come to free WiFi. Connection speed at open space area is good but the internet connection does not permit you to make a simple WhatsApp call. It is worst when you are trying to use the WiFi in your room. The hotel had an "old style" feeling from the seventies. The people were very friendly and helpful but the whole hotel feel was slightly run down. I started off in an old room and the electrics which would have originally been state of the art were very tired and some didnt work. The upgraded room was a little better. The breakfast buffet was disappointing in many ways. They tried to make varied with different asian styles of food available but in the end it was poor quality and more like a canteen with very bad coffee. Sorry to be negative but overall I did like the place. It should definitly be classified as Three Stars and not 3.5/4.

비지니스상 택시를 많이 이용하는데 접근이 용이하고 직원들 서비스가 친절함. 수영장이 있어 가족단위 수영도 즐길수 있음. 다만 Expedia로 예약을 하고 체크인하는데 전산상 어레인지가 잘안되어 20여분을 기다리는 불편함이 있었음

객실 청결도, 프론트의 문제점.

현지 로컬 호텔로 프론트에서 영어를 잘 못함. 객실에서 냄새가 타고 카펫이 적어 있고 ㅠ 물도 졸졸졸. 체크 아웃하고 바로 나오고 싶었음. 추천하고 싶지 않네요. 인도네시아 현지 분들은 어떨 지 모르겠으나 외국인 숙박시 문제점이 많네요

Nice hitel has always set on Blue bird taxi.

About cleanness and flatness of carpet is rough on floor between elevator to each room. It seems like retired person, little bit tired of fatigue. It is just my feeling. But my room is enough to spend no problem. Once I used business centre,but Some computer is out of hand with no signal of Internet.the latest for current Technology has to be prepared.
