I had an absolutely fantastic stay. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast buffet, which I had nearly everyday, always offered something new. If you’re going to Jakarta, this place is a must stay.

This was my 2nd stay at the Veranda. I enjoy it's location and convenience to all the activities I participated in during my stay. The staff is super friendly and professional. There was some painting and renovation work on the 2nd floor that had fumes from the paint. The breakfast buffet is by far the best I have experienced in any hotel I have ever stayed.

Super staff!

I had to cut my stay short, but the hotel staff were very engaged in coordinating with hotels.com so I wouldn't be charged for the days I didn't use. This hotel's staff are super! Very friendly, very helpful.

Excellent staff friendly and helpful. Very clean property, pretty and comfortable room. Good breakfast. I don’t give a five stars to property only because the pool water need more maintenance (maybe chlorine) and because the kitchen is open beside the restaurant and the food odour is strong and stay in your clothes. But I have to say that I reported that and the staff/management took their best action immediately. DEFINITELY I WILL COME BACK. Great value for your money.

Staff were super friendly. I had the chance talk a little bit with Dio, Jessica, and EL. They’re all awesome. If there’s only one thing I could complain it would be that my clothes were not fully dry after the laundry service but that’s ok. I wouldn’t take a star because of that. On my next trip I’m gonna be staying at the Veranda location. I did like it. The breakfast was awesome. You guys need to try the local stuff for breakfast, especially if you like spicy food.

Need better maintenance

Customer service was no doubt top-notch, from bell-boy to receptionist, check-in and check-out was smooth and fast. However, the room is a bit spooky, why is there a small painting placed right beneath a large painting (left side) above the bed frame? The cleanliness of the room should be improved. I noticed patches of sticky residue on table. Stained towels should be replaced.

Area to improve - WiFi connectivity

The major shortcoming to be improved is their WiFi connectivity - easy to connect without triggering device security that prohibits convection, or poor coverage (almost non-existence upload and download speed) inside room rendering useless. This happened for both of my stay at this hotel in the past 6 months.

The cleanliness and facilities were good, but there were many small ants in the room. They swarmed around any snacks or bread left out and even bit us while we were sleeping, which made our stay quite uncomfortable. Aside from that, everything else was generally good.

The mechanism in the wifi lock was faulty, the staff insisted that a new key will work. Ended up wasting my time going up and down and wasted my time! Bfast spread was very limited and coffee is terrible!

Posizione non centrale, non ci sono ristoranti/caffe nelle vicinanze da poter raggiungere piedi. L’hotel ha una bella struttura peccato per due grossi problemi -aria condizionata non regolabile che gela la stanza. mentre dormi arriva sulla testa e se la si spegne non si respira - se si ha la stanza sulla strada si sentono i rumori del traffico ad ogni ora.
